Concert stay
Myself and daughter had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable , great touch with a free bottle of wine. It was a fab location for our concert we were attending and was easy to get a tram or taxi to the town centre.

It’s nice hotel with polite and professional staff. The location is a bit far from the center, but area is quite and taxi costs not much. There is a free parking for your car. And breakfast was huge and delicious !

Good location in quiet business district, tram stops over the road and 15 mins ride into the Old Town. Excellent on site Italian restaurant and staff helpful and friendly. Rooms very dated, bed hard and pillows lumpy- very uncomfortable. My room wasn’t cleaned the first night which I raised with reception. It was cleaned the second night but I was only left with one small towel and no toiletries.

property is clean and nice rooms. with included breakfast is a must, food is good at the affiliated restaurant. need to take public transport to center, street trolly very close to hotel. some stops dont have ticket machines, may want to purchase day ticket. all in all good hotel

Amaizing staff from the desk, to the restaurant, very good service and friendly people, the cleaning team impecable, I very recommend this hotel in a nice quiet area with a good coffee on the corner althoug the restaurant os super good!! Close to all the transportation easy walkable to landmarks

We really enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Prague Hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast is great, and it is easy to get to the old city on the tram.

Your hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The Bistro associated with the restaurant is excellent. High-end menu and professional service at reasonable priecs. My compliments to the chef and staff. The salmon with wasabi potatoes was creative and delicious. The fish soup the next day was generous with seafood, even including a langoustine! I look forward to another great meal later (happily, they open for lunch and stay open all day). Happy customer.

There are way better options
Location is a bit off with no nearby restaurants or ammenities. Tram station is just 2 blocks away. This hotel IS NOT a 4 Stars as advertised. 2 stars is a better ranking. Breakfast (paid at reservation) was not honored. Receptionists spoke little ot no English.

Quite nice place with excellent quality/cost value. But not with some mistakes. We've ordered standard room and get economy one. Breakfast staff had problem with preparing enough food for all guests - there were lacks of some of them. One day, we also left a paper in the bathroom, that there's no need to change towels - towels has been changed and the paper disappeared.

The breakfast buffet has hot items and outdoor seating options, which os always great. Hotel is very well maintained, nearby the local attractions within 10min drive

Ein Hotel in eine sichere und ruhige Ecke von Prag. Umgebung trotz der Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum nicht schlecht (Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Apotheke, alles in der nähe) Schönes Park direkt gegenüber. Personal ist nett.

Concernant l'hôtel c'est correcte en terme de qualité prix petit déjeuner parfait mais il faut faire attention au niveau du restaurant si vous voulez boire un verre surtout du vin, ils ne servent que 2 vins au verre et pourtant ils vous servent un vin qui n'est pas au verre et ils en profitent sur la facture...ce n'est pas très honnête

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist von der Prager Innenstadt aus sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an economy room at the back on the third floor. Very quiet and comfortable. Toilet is seperate from bathroom which is nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice and is replenished regularly.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig was Geräusche aus anderen Stockwerken angeht (quitschende Türen, Schritte, Wasser, etc.). Es gab ein seperates WC in einem viel zu kleinen Raum, musste mich gegen die wand drücken um die Türe zu schließen / öffnen.
