Newly renovated luxury smart apartment. Located right in the city center, 4 minutes by walk to the Old Town Square. Most of Prague`s sights are within walking distance. 3 minutes by walk to a shopping mall and a metro station. Dlouhá street is full of bars and top restaurants. Great for everyone who seeks the atmosphere of historic Prague, but wants to stay in a modern flat. Perfect for couples. The flat is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.)

The building street also boasts great Czech and various international restaurants, cafés, and bars. You will be close to all the historical monuments, and the best shops, but also to shopping malls, metro, and tram stations. The building is located 600 meters from the Old Town Square and the famous Jewish Quarter, 150 meters to the tram stop, and 350 meters to the shopping center with 200 shops.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs that may cause many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16:00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Truhlářská 1489/29, 110 00 Nové Město, Prague 1), just a 7-minute walk from the apartment. This location is open 24/7. All instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Violating house rules will result in termination of your rental agreement.

After each guest’s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.

The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center with 24/7 access. Instructions will be sent after registration is completed.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out depends on availability.

Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out.

Follow the trash disposal instructions and all provided guidance for using the apartment`s appliances.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 150 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
