While we have requested that the work noise be kept to a minimum for our guests and other building residents, we cannot guarantee specific volume levels or schedules, as this project is not managed by us. Work is generally limited to daytime hours, so your evenings should remain peaceful.
Other Things to Note:
Please, be informed that your apartment is in 7th floor and the elevator goes to 6th floor. To reach the apartment, you have to use stairs for one floor.
➤ CHECK-IN AND CITY TAX
All guests, including Czech citizens, are required by law to complete an online check-in form before check-in. This includes providing ID information and paying a city tourist tax. You will receive a secure link to complete the necessary information.
➤ GUEST COUNT
Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests you booked.
➤ CHILD SAFETY
Please note that while the apartment is family-friendly, it has not been childproofed. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety during their stay.

- Off-site parking in the city centre - capacity is limited, please, contact us directly. In case we are fully booked, we are happy to provide a discount with our partners - Mr.Parkit.
➤ RULES & FEES
-Smoking - 5 000 CZK (~€200). Smoking inside the property and on the terrace is not allowed. If this rule is violated, a fee will be charged.
