Amazing hotel in Prague, right on Wenceslas Square! The location is absolutely perfect, fantastic breakfast, the room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All this made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!!
This hotel had so much old charm! Multiple, pretty spiral staircases. Don't worry, there is an elevator too. I ended up with a room with a private, balcony terrace over looking the city! It was perfect and beautiful! The hotel also has a restaurant on property and a roof top bar with amazing views of the whole city. The staff was vey nice and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this property! Ask for the private balcony room!

Everything amazing, incredible staff and accommodation
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff; excellent, spacious room; complimentary mulled wine and lovely 5th floor balcony bar; and a great location near Prague central station. Would happily stay here again!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and will go there again if/ we come back to Prague
The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is really well located for a combination of good views from the front windows, easy walk to the National Museum and to the old town too. Also close to Museum metro station. Room was clean and comfortable with a shower room en suite.
A lovely hotel located stones throw distance from the hustle bustle of activity at Wenceslas Square. Yet in a quiet neighbourhood diagonally opposite the National Museum. Very close to the Museum Metro station. Pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. It’s an old building so challenges are there but that makes it fun as well. We had to take the elevator to 4th floor and then climb down the staircase to our room on the 3rd floor.
The breakfast spread was extremely good. There were local Czech delicacies available as well. The staff at the reception and others were pleasant, helpful and it was manned 24/7. I had booked a Taxi while checking in / out through the Hotel and found the cost reasonable and the drivers helpful. There was also a bell boy to help with the luggage at check in time.
It will help if; (a) a Kettle could be kept in the room for heating water. Along-with tea bags. Generally speaking Asians like to have Tea in the morning, and (b) bigger sized Turkish Towels are provided.
Overall, a pleasant experience. Prague is a lovely city. People are pleasant. And we could cover the tourist circuit on foot.
Keep up the good work.
Excellent service, we had to make last minute changes, and they find the way to help us.
We have great time, front desk people is amazing. The hotel is in a very good area, close to the train station and main Praha attractions. Wewill return in the future!
When we got there the staff were very welcoming and nice. We were walked to our room, which was wrong. Went back down to reception and was told the room we booked was not available ( deluxe with the view) we put in another and given drink tickets. The next day we went exploring and our things were moved into the correct room that was beautiful. We wish we had it for the two nights we originally booked it for. When i asked if there was a price adjustment i was told quickly that no because this had balcony. Was upset about that due to i did not book that room. Breakfast was great.
First impressions on arrival were good, very welcoming, offered to carry our bags.
Shown to our room and that's when things changed. The room I thought I had booked was not the room we got, pictures were different on their website, also massive health and safety issues with a grate in the room that we tripped up on 3 times the first night, concerning as this is next to the balcony door. We complained and we were told they would show us another room the following day and didn't seem concerned about the trip hazard. The next day no-one came to speak to us in fact we didn't hear from anyone throughout our stay, even when we checked out they didn't even ask about how our stay was. Hotel very dated, and needs massive improvements made, dirty in places.
Breakfast was ok, good quality food but every morning they ran out of cups, crockery and food, you had to constantly ask for things everyday.
Good clean room, great location to access the Main Street and highlights around town. Great service. Heritage building with unique ceiling lookout vantage point of city.

Old and dated hotel with a mix of rooms.
We were here during a heatwave some of our rooms had an ac unit but one had nothing at all.
Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.
Breakfast was fine
The staff was rlly friendly, the roofbar is amazing, although there is a problem with the room if you are above 1,60cm tall, short bed and not very soundproof, although a rlly good experience.
The staff at this hotel can't do enough to help you. The place has got a charm to it. You get a free Prosecco to drink on the panorama rooftop, its dizzyingly high.
No fridge in the room was a negative and my room was away from the main hotel up 3 flights of stairs, next to some private residences which was a bit weird.
This place is a dump, the photos shown online and Expedia are not even remotely close to the actual hotel.
A lot of the photos are of the surrounding cafes/restaurants, the rooms look nothing like the ones shown online.
Paying full 4 star prices for less than a backpacker hostel experience.
Staff were good to deal with.

Disliked: Room comfort
Convenient location, otherwise average
The location of this hotel was pretty convenient, close to the central railway station and Wenceslas square. The hotel could use some freshing up though. Floors were uneven and squeaky, tables were really wiggly and it would have been easy to accidentally knock over the lamps on top of them. Also apparently the hotel ran out of hot water just as I was in the shower and about to wash up all the soap and shampoo… My room was pretty noisy too. Also some of the staff could be a bit friendlier and more helpful.
