「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」

「We always stay at The Motley when visiting Melbourne CBD for the night. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and great staff. We will be back」

「The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic. 「位置方便，地方寧靜舒適；可惜沒有提供洗衫設備，只提供幹洗服務」

「Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. 」

「Near the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Had a great time there!」

「有一天房間整理，竟然只整理了一半，枕頭完全沒有放回去床上。」

「Receptionists were not very friendly, but the apartment was good in all equipments and clean. The tram station is just 3mins walk distance. If you just travel with partner, it’s a good choice to stay here.」

「The suite itself was clean and reasonably comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, there were several practical issues that affected our overall experience. Firstly, the car park was not located on-site. While the parking address was included in a separate email, this important detail was not clearly highlighted during booking. As a result, it was easy to overlook, and we only realised upon arrival that the parking was off-site. In addition, once parked, we were unable to drive in...
