"The room was very damp my clothes were damp, to the point they started smelling. The room had no centre ceiling lighting and I have a lighting condition with my eyes. I could not see properly very poor lighting. After a few days breakfast became boring, the same thing over and over again. They was no effect made to replenish the herbal tea. I was very disappointed."

"Massive construction site next door, right in front of your window, that starts work at 7 AM and goes until sundown with an additional 2 hours on some days. They say they change the towels every 2 days but in 7 days not once did they change. Your food wait can be over an hour. Breakfast was mid. Always hesitant to post negative reviews but as we waited for slow elevators other guests mentioned to me , they were counting the days for check out. A large group of travelers was having an amazing time , that might be the best experience here. The location is the best feature"

"I could not get in contact with the host for 3 days. Likely because i booked on Expedia they were unable to find my booking. Which, i knew would be a conflict because the system they had wouldn’t let me check in. While i was there, they said i cannot make another booking because they don’t make bookings at the front desk. I requested a refund multiple times and still, no conclusion. Seriously frustrating and unnecessary hassle. I would recommend this location get a front desk service or a customer service line. I do recommend Expedia remove this listing from their page until communication with the website and location gets better."

"Honestamente la ubicación es magnífica Los cuartos tienen mal olor debido al drenaje Las personas de la recepción unos son comportamiento groseros Uno le gritó a mi amiga horrible x la noche , ya que no permiten visitas . Contexto ; mi amiga tuvo malestares estomacales pidió medicamentos a una amiga conocida durante la noche y el hombre que estaba en la recepción se puso grosero y le gritó que no permiten visitas . Al momento de hacer el checkout cuando estábamos e regando las llaves , nos pidieron que subiéramos a recoger las tarjetas para entregarlas con las llaves , el Uber está esperándonos afuera para llevarnos al aeropuerto y ellos no permitieron hacer el checkout asta que les diéramos las tarjetas del cuarto Muy ostiles No me siento cómoda con el personal con lo demás ok ES MI EXPERIENCIA , vive la tuya ? "
