「Ok so i stayed in this property for 10 nights. I must say the staff went above their service to say it is a 2 or 3 star hotel. My room was cleaned everyday sometimes i did not even ask and it was still cleaned with new beddings each day. You dont even get this type of service in a 4 star sometimes. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful all the time. Welldone to the cleaners who cleaned my room everyday. Yes outside the location is not very friendly as homless and drug users...

「Hotel bem simples, a roupa de cama tinha manchas e o banheiro também não parecia muito limpo . A TV não sintonizou nenhum canal. Café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. 」

「Minha estadia foi a trabalho, o hotel em si, tem preços bons para uma estadia rápida, contudo tem instalações antigas e tem escadas.」

「酒店临街，大堂很小，但服务生都很棒，多数能听懂英语，房间布局合理，床单和被子略差，房间视野很好，临近有大街小巷可以散步，附近有美术博物馆。酒店早餐超级棒，服务生尤其好。」

「Ibis no Centro, mais barato de SP. Está em uma localização que está sendo revitalizada. Faculdades, espaços corporaisa, hotéis. Apesar de dar nota 5 em tudo, faço uma ressalva. Deveriam dar como cortesia o estacionamento. Não vejo sentido em pagar estacionamento na rede Ibis. 」

「The location of the hotel in the more local part of the city allowed for a more chill and authentic feel in Lapa. Plently of food, bars, and nighlife options were available next to the hotel. Staff was attentive and very helpful along with a beautiful property. 」
