"The room wasn’t too bad. The fold out bed that was in the couch was torn up quite a bit and very worn down the TV where the couch was was not working. The staff was decent. Overall the hot tub was lukewarm could be a lot warmer than that pool was ice cold."

"Curtains in room appeared to have multiple blood stains on them. Bathroom toilet ran constantly, had to frequently push down on the handle to get it to stop running. Fan in bathroom had a short in the circuit."

"We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, however, we were not able to check in until 8 PM. We have very exhausted kids that needed to get to bed. The hotel was severely understaffed. I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply. I felt bad for the front desk staff. For paying $250 I would expect this from a low-grade hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would at least like a partial refund."
