「We've stayed here multiple times over a few years; the rooms are clean and well maintained, it is quiet and comfortable. The staff is nice; the free included breakfast is pretty decent. The only complaint is the swimming pool; it is a nice amenity to have in hotel and our family always looks forward to a little swim; however the small indoor pool has been very cold and a little dirty during the times we've visited; perhaps not many guests use it so it doesn't seem prioritized. 「Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly! He proved to be very helpful with other items throughout our stay, including helping us to switch to a new room when our air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is certainly outdated and could use a good deep clean and updating. The view was gorgeous overlooking the river! All in all, it got us close enough to the concert (Country Thunder) without the overpriced price tag, which is what we wanted and knew we were getting.」

「It was average hotel. The shower curtain was short and when you shower water gets all over. But you ask for extra towels and they tell you already have some. I know I do but I need extra since water was all over the floor. He said I need to come to the desk to get some. When I went down no one was there or responded to the bell it said to ring. This was mid afternoon time. I didn’t get extra towels till the next morning. 😞」
