“Stayed for 10 nights and appreciated the full kitchen, washer and dryer in our unit. The fire pit and picnic area was a nice meeting place for the folks staying there. We met lots of people from local to visitors like us. The staff was helpful and offered suggestions of places to eat and visit. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake.”

“The inside of the house was very nice - the posted pictures are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but over all met our needs perfectly.”

“We visited the KC area with a group of youth. This large house accommodated our group well. It's in a nice neighborhood, clean and well-kept, and the host communicated well during the booking process and during our stay. Would stay again!”

“Location was great for us as the family we were visiting was only about a 10 minute drive into Lee’s summit. The property is peaceful and the hot tub was a nice touch.”

“Adorable home. Cutely decorated, centrally located. There were 3 of us, for a week and it worked perfectly. Plenty of beds, plenty of space. Communication was fast and easy. Would stay again when back in area. Only complaint is needs a good clean. Dishes in cupboard were dirty, found garbage under couch, food on walls.”

“We had an absolutely fabulous time! Your property provided us all that we wanted to do as a family: multiple settings, pool party, barbecuing, etc. We had a few items we noticed: the basement sink leaked, the master bedroom light seemed to have a short, the sink in the attic bathroom drained slowly, the oven didn’t heat up well and it wasn’t cleaned, and there was a crack On the driveway that caused one of us to trip.”

“Our large group, consisting of 14 adults, had plenty of space, activities, comfortable beds and were happy with the on-suite bathrooms. There were those who enjoyed playing the piano, shooting pool, and putting on the green. We took in many of the historical sites in and near Independence and had an enjoyable reunion.”

“We had 16 of us that had an incredible weekend at this gorgeous home for the 40th reunion of our college pledge class. The main areas of the house had more than enough room for all of us to gather and catch up. There are many, many bedrooms that were found in all parts of the house that worked well for our group. It was such a fun weekend with many new memories that were made.”

“All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. ”
