“Wonderful, welcoming friendly staff, super comfortable beds, lovely food and cocktails”

“Love the hotel front beach, the food was good too.”

“Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. ”

“The room was boiling hot and wouldn’t let us keep the AC on. Bed was terribly firm, felt like sleeping on a wood board. Ants got into all of our food and medicine. Neighbors were loud and you could hear them walking above and next door. WiFi/tv was not working. ”

“Staff was Great. Had to ask for a blanket but easily given. I left an item but they were willing to send it to me for a fee. I really appreciated it”

“Beach view very nice. Staffs are very nice and helpful.”

“Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.”

Ospitali, cordiali e gentili. Consiglio vivamente.”

“The staff was very helpfull and welcoming - and eager to assist with our itinerary and, more generally, to facilitate a pleasant stay. We had two great days at Anse La Blague. The accomodation is close to two small beaches (both nice), and there is a mini market just up the road (which is practical to have access to). The location is quiet and relatively isolated, which is fine if you seek peace and don’t need to stay at the epicenter.”

“Another bed sheet in the room, less expensive menu options or better quality”

“lots of facilities were not work after check in. I was told the massage bathtub was not in serve, what a pity! My wife was attracted at first view by the photo of bathtub they showed online, that’s the reason why we booked this suite. It’s not the worst case, later I found the electrical heater was broken and also the door could not be locked. We were waked up by the sudden loud noise from air-condition in midnight. It’s a terrible experience in the first night; I got up and complained to……
