"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Maison très bien placée par rapport au centre ville. Le mois d’août a été très chaud et la maison est non climatisée. Deux des 4 chambres donnent sur une rue assez passante. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et la maison bien équipée. Le jacuzzi le soir est très appréciable."

"Séjour agréable à Font Romeu entre amis pour un weekend à la neige."

"We spent 3 days at the end of December in this house. Everything was perfect : communication with the owner was very easy, the house was as described and was really comfortable. There is a very large outdoor space with a ping pong table, swings and a nice pool (which was closed at the time we stayed). The view on the surroundings mountains was absolutely fabulous. We reallly recommend this place !"

"In summer very few dining options and property is definitely run down. No AC in rooms. It's definitely a winter only hotel. Staff tried their best and breakfast decent for short stays. Can get old if you don't eat pork like us. "

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."

"Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size bed, walk in shower. A bit tight for space but for one or two nights, comfortable sleep and hot water. "
