"Staff friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. The view over the township, racecourse and mountains was excellent and soothing. Room was clean, comfortable and tidy with only the curtains needing fixing. Next time we are in Warwick, we will stay here again."

"Sue & Marty sure know how to look after their guests! We arrived very very late (10pm) and I was in communication with them advising where we were during the day. Marty stayed up to welcome us which was very kind of him. They’re in a great location, nice quiet neighbourhood. Love the spread of breakfast ..."

"Absolutely stunning home. Everything was beautiful and very spacious. The electric fireplace added such a beautiful atmosphere to the home, and owner was so kind and easy to message. Would stay again in a heart beat."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was easy to find, it was roomy, clean, comfortable, quiet and we had a restful sleep. Lovely dinner at the pub across the road, complimentary toiletries and champagne. Great communication with host, and would definitely stay here again if in the area."
