  • Private cottage nestled in a cozy, quiet area 5 miles from Keuka Lake. Cottage sits on 7 acres of land with a small pond viewable from the deck. Cottage is one of 3 structures on Pinney Road. Beautiful views and sunsets. Cottage has high speed fiberoptic wireless internet perfect for working remotely. Cottage has 1 main bedroom with a Queen size bed and independent air conditioner. There is an open living area that includes kitchen. A Queen size sleeper sofa serves as additional sleeping accommodation. Full bath. RVs welcome. 10,000 BTU air conditioner. Washer and dryer also included. Complete kitchen ware, pots, pans, etc. Full size refrigerator. Outdoor smoking only.

Another amazing weekend

We stumbled upon this property 2 weeks ago and stayed overnight on a Saturday when we got home Sunday we immediately booked for Fri-Sun of the upcoming weekend and absolutely loved our stay!! Woukd recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and secluded getway

Outstanding rental

This is an outstanding location very serene, quiet, everything one could need from bedding to cooking appliances. Very cozy and the property is huge. The view is amazing. Definitely recommend this rental location.

Property was great and sufficiently isolated without being too far away from everything. The property manager was helpful, communicative, and very responsive. I'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay in the finger lakes region.

Great little cottage in a peaceful location. Excellent communication with the owner/property manager. Location was in close proximity to lovely Lake Keuka and also several of the other finger lakes. Made us want to come back to the region for a future visit and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed, and there was a bottle of local wine waiting for us when we arrived! The property is well maintained and quiet. There’s a propane grill which we used quite a but and a fire pit, with plenty of places to pick up wood along the route.

Perfect for my needs

I needed a home base while my daughter was at an overnight camp in Rochester. This was perfect, allowing me to work online with no issues and enjoy the wonderful setting in the evenings to walk, enjoy the quiet and visit nearby attractions. The house had everything I needed and it was wonderful to be able to have my pup with me.

Cute cabin, convenient location

This was a cozy place to stay during a cool and rainy week. We enjoyed the pond view and gas fireplace. Over all it was a great place to stay. Not sure if it was just our network, but we had no cell service there, so we recommend that you download the welcome info. before you arrive.

15 minutes to Hamnondsport. Good location for astronomy with a wide open field behind the cabin. Thoughtful management.

absolutely awesome little spot to get away

Owner was pleasant and fast at responding . everything you need there all cooking supplies etc ! doggie loved the freedom to play frisbee outback . bed so comfy as well ! thanks again and we cant wait to come w again soon !

Perfect Location

We stayed here for four nights and used the cabin as our base camp. We basically slept here and had a busy schedule around the area so didn’t take advantage of all the amenities at the cabin. It’s very cozy and quiet, perfect for winding down after tours and concerts. Big Plus: it’s close to EVERYTHING (10-30 minutes), but you’d never know it. Very enjoyable, hope to book again next year.
