The fake grass roofs were needing some work and really messy, there were cracks in the sinks and mould in the sink and shower. Our spa was missing a tile too. There is also construction of a hotel opposite, so our breakfast view was of a work site. It was a 10min drive to town, and Kuta does not have Grab or Gojek, so we had to call a private driver each time. The drivers were really lovely but popping into town wasn't...
