「The front desk staff were very friendly. The room offered bigger space than expectations. The whole experience would be better if there is an available free parking lot.」

「Clean room and comfy bed/pillows. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the fridge got pretty loud in the middle of the night. Lots of door slamming early in the morning. You hear everything! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 」

Offended she had blocked her call. This person obviously needed the day off for personal reasons and did not want to take your call harrassing her to come in anyway. And as a guest, I definitely didn't need to hear about the situation through my entire breakfast. Unprofessional.」

「I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels up and down Route 30 in PA and this was my least favorite so far. After checking out and going to my car, there was an employee dumping a large tub of something from the side door that went over the parking lot. It was the grease from breakfast! There was no way around it and it was slippery and the dog also had to walk in it. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unprofessional. While pet friendly and there is an elevator, there is only one small area out back...

「The Federal Pointe Inn of Gettysburg has so much history! It was originally constructed to be a school so the ceilings are extra high. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was large, but could have used better lighting. The bedrooms also lacked hooks for ease of hanging outer wear as the closet was located in the far end of the room away from the door. When we stayed, it was Easter Sunday so the restaurant and bar was closed, so we didn't get to enjoy restaurant/ bar, but we did walk...

「The property inside and out was clean, updated immaculately maintained. They had cute spring decorations in the lobby that made it so welcoming for families. Our room was large and the beds very comfy. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to us. Lots of snacks available and coffee and tea 24/7 was a plus. My only problem was with breakfast as it was full of carbs and no proteins. The coffee was plentiful but weak. A minor inconvenience as everything else was top notch for the price point. I...

「Don’t like the fact that breakfast is not included and that you would be charged For bottled water where as in other Hilton properties these perks are included. Recommend you raise the hotel price a couple of bucks and include these perks. It simply looks like you are nickel and dimming your customers when you do this. All in all our stay here was very good.」

「Great little Inn with so much character. Only one bathroom upstairs. I was traveling with my mom, so it was a little tough to get her up and down the stairs. Central location and was perfect. The rooms were wonderful with plenty of space and comfortable bedding. 」
