"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. "

"I really liked the community around the Hotel. A bit difficult to get transport, but I was offered transport by strangers on several occasions..Thanks to people of Annemasse. The two gentleman at hotel reception were awesome..just the one lady who was so rude and unfriendly...but no stress I am happy about my stay given the cost."

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"This hotel was great. Family room was very spacious. Bed and towels were high level. Staff was above and beyond. A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. We unfortunately expected to try the restaurant on Sunday evening but it closes on Sundays.
