“Incredible location, awesome space, great price but...I could have read between the lines better...this is not a hotel. Its a room in an apartment building that could use some maintenance. The bathroom needs an upgrade and some safety features so one feels safe using the tub. Lack of A/C could be a problem in certain weather, like the 20 degree F above normal temps we experienced.”

The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). “Κλεισαμε για 4 ατομα και το σπιτι ηταν ετοιμο για 3 και καθε μερα παρακαλουσαμε να φερουν πετσετες και παπλωματα τα οποια δεν ηρθαν ποτε. “This accommodation was very run down. They only accept cash for payment. There is no working elevator. The floors of the apartment are badly stained and damaged. The furniture is junky. I feel like this place could be good if they had someone come in and decorate a bit, put down some rugs. Hung some nice art. Moved the furniture around. It just feels like there is no care put in.
