"We were 6 in the property- grandparents, parents and children. The property was furnished to a good standard (all bedrooms are doubles but our boys shared a bed). Kitchen very well stocked. WiFi was set up with plenty of routers but didn’t work while we were there and didn’t get fixed. Pool was heated (a massive bonus) and I would guess about 8x4m in size. Supermarkets 10 mins away by car - all open Sunday mornings."

"La propriété de Jean, magnifiquement restaurée, était parfaite pour passer un weekend chaleureux entre amis. La maison, la piscine chauffée et l'emplacement sont tout confort. Le lien intérieur-exterieur vers le salon cathédrale aux immenses verrières très agréable et convivial. Les murs des chambres et des salles de bain a l'étage ne montent pas jusqu'en haut donc l'intimité est reduite mais la charpente est tres belle. Et Dorothée et son mari nous on très bien accueilli. Nous sommes ravis :)"

"The villa is beautiful, with plenty of space for family and friends, and a gorgeous shop for organic food open a couple of days a week. "The property is located in a beautifully forested area on an estate making it a perfect get away from my family’s daily urban bustle of living in Paris. The renovation of the guest house is well done and tasteful. The wood burning fireplace was a delight in the chilly weather to celebrate an early Canadian-style Christmas. The kitchen had basic equipment. A few more baking dishes as well as a basic stock of dry goods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc) would have elevated the experience."

"This is a wonderful place to stay, close to Orleans and within easy reach of both towns and countryside. The gîte was clean, very well equipped and the owner friendly, welcoming and helpful. The villagers were also friendly and forgiving of our French!! The swimming pool at the gîte was a high spot for us all and we swam every day. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"Agnes the owner is very nice. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, be sure to check out the Church in a field of sunflowers about 4 miles away. Train to Paris is easy and about an hours ride. You will need a car to get around though in general including to the station."
