Beautiful house in perfect location

We are older but our adult kids loved how close they were to many bike trails. Four adult kids have E-bikes and they completely enjoyed their stay. Grandparents enjoyed warm house in a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect house for a fun family getaway! The backyard is amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in downtown Prescott. This house was very close to the town square, about a 10 min walk. We enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4, two adults and two teens. We also traveled with our Queensland heeler mix and she very much enjoyed the back yard. The rental agent was very responsive and friendly. We would rent here again.

Amazing house

Such a wonderful house with a great location. This house is completely redone and is gorgeous. This place is super cleat and walking distance to whiskey row. Trust me you will be super happy if you stay here. Can’t wait to book for next year!

Amazing location and Super cute home

The house is very welcoming and plenty of room for entertainment. We were able to enjoy both the front yard and the backyard to relax and spend time with family. The inside is very modern and accommodating. it was close to the Prescott Square in the courthouse. we will be back again and hope to make this an annual trip.

We love Prescott, but we really enjoyed our stay at Clayton Cottage! The home was everything that it is described. Our teenage kids loved the loft and room with the hanging bed and we all enjoyed the outdoor seating spaces each day. The home is located close to downtown and grocery, restaurants, etc.. We especially enjoyed riding bikes on Granite Creek trail to/from restaurants and shopping at Whiskey Row. The host was very easy to work with and provided thorough check-in/out details. We all hope to return to Clayton Cottage again soon.
