Quiet home in Prescott
Very unique home in Prescott. Very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend increasing the temp of the hot water heater to have a warmer shower.

Nice Introduction to Prescott!
This home was fantastic with beautiful views of the Prescott Forest mountains and Thumb Butte! Lots of unique outdoor spaces to relax among the boulders. The only issue was that the BBQ grill was broken and the management company was informed.

Amazing house with all the views and location near Whiskey Row.
The house is so unique and has many places to take in views and chill. It was an 7min drive down to Whiskey Row and all the fun shops and delicious food. It was very easy to hop out and about and come back to recharge at the house. Great night sky views and a safe beautiful neighborhood. I personally loved how all the houses were built among the bolders, probably my favorite thing about staying there. Binder with instructions and recommendations was good to have. Would go back for sure.

Much needed vacation
We met our daughter in Phoenix. We drove here to Prescott and when we pulled up to the house we were amazed at how beautiful it is. We relaxed, enjoyed the hot tub, the pizza oven and made a fire and played games. We had great quality time together.

Spent 3 nights in January 2024 and had a very relaxing stay....plenty of firewood and great views!! Love the different patio areas and pizza oven!! We also got lucky and weather was perfect!!!

Absolutely beautiful home! We never want to stay anywhere else when we are in Prescott! Easy to find & to drive in any vehicle. I already miss the sound of the water fall in the evening. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pizza oven but next trip for sure!

Amazing Home, Great Views - We will be back!
Our oldest goes to Embry-Riddle so we frequent Prescott. Home away from home…this home offers incredible views, privacy, access to trails and is minutes from all of the conveniences of town. I’ll never stay at a hotel in Prescott with options like this! House is fully equipped with everything you need to be comfortable and if you enjoy cooking, you’ll find everything you need including a high quality grill and a wood burning pizza oven which is always a highlight for our family. We had a wonderful experience and we’re happy to share it with our children and parents!

Mountain Home in Prescott
For those looking for a quiet neighborhood in the mountains with icredible views this is the place for you. It's also only a 5 minute drive into town. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and would highly recommend this home to any couple or family visiting Prescott. The house has an abundance of natural lighing, great place to eat outside overlooking nature and hot tub nestled in the boulders. Fantasic experience!

Peaceful Family Getaway

Oh So Good But….
Beautiful & unusual home. Great neighborhood. But…. 1. Home was dirty when we arrived. Dirty towels. Dirty gas grill. Dirty floors. Outdoor furniture uncovered, dirty and jumbled around some. Trash remaining in the kitchen & in the garage. And let’s not forget the green spa. BUT, the property management has a FANTASTIC employee named Kristen who responded immediately and worked hard to clean everything and took the dirty laundry away to have cleaned. She returned with clean laundry the next day. Very impressive employee. Hint: Kristen deserves a bonus. 2. The hot water for the upstairs shower and the water pressure were nonexistent. Again Kristen stepped up and got a plumber to us. The plumber was able to help the water pressure but a new shower head is needed. The water heater for the shower got somewhat better but needs additional work from the owners. 3. The home, as advertised, only has Kristen is the only reason the property got 3 stars. Without her efforts the rating would have been a 1.

Unique and fun!
We are from Northern Wisconsin and enjoyed our little get-away to the Prescott area! The home was very unique and clean! We used the outdoor space as well….grilled out, hot-tub (temp of water varied a lot though) and awesome views from every angle. The home is in a nice setting and close enough to town . Would recommend staying here!

Great stay
Had a great time overall. Few things I didn’t like the downstairs bathroom shower is very hot and needs to be fixed and we had to shovel the driveway all the way to the street . But the good out weighed the bad would love to rent the house again in the summer time beautiful home

Prescott get away
We had a great time staying at the property. The views are exceptional and it’s very close to downtown. It snowed while we were there. It was very pretty. The property contact was very responsive when we had questions or wanted to update them on certain items.

Amazing house in an amazing place
Overall, the house was great an immaculate. Everything was in amazing conditions. The only inconvenient is that the house is managed by a property management company, that was a little bit hard to coordinate with. For instance, the email we got with the instructions to check in was incomplete, and we arrived to the property in the middle of the night and with no code to open the lockbox. I should´ve checked first to see if I had everything I needed from them, so this is also partly my fault.

Prescott Hidden Gem in the Mountains
Our Stay was Exceptional from The Architectural design of the home, Hot Tub surrounded by Boulders, Crackling Wood Burning Fire in Family Room and Epic Views from all Windows and rooms. Also, the Beds and Pillows were amazing and we slept better than ever. I would highly recommend staying here and we definitly look forward to booking again soon.

Wonderful stay
Excellent stay at this interesting house. Gorgeous views, well stocked and plenty of room for all. We spent a fair amount time here and enjoyed the pizza oven, grill area, large kitchen and overall relaxing environment. Our only challenge was the lack of hot tub maintenance information. We own a hot tub and know it takes regular checks and chemicals to keep it balanced. I could have called on this but we chose to make it a non issue when everything else was so great! Would absolutely recommend this property!

On the Rocks
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this one of a kind house nestled into the hillside among the rocks in Prescott. The architecture was amazing. The views were incredible. The property managers, Sarah and Mike were extremely responsive and helpful. Prescott was the perfect location for our trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona. We also discovered Lake Watson, here in Prescott that turned out to be the best kayaking that I have ever experienced. Without a doubt, this was a 5 star experience! We'll definitely consider staying here again if we are in Prescott.

A very unique experience in a unique home. Fantastic views. A few things weren’t working and it has a steep winding driveway. We have a long F-150 and had difficulty turning around at the top. Beware of the gravel. However fun house and we would go back again

A beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. Loved the kitchen and backyard area. The hot tub was very relaxing and secluded. The upstairs shower was lacking as the bottom of the bath tub was too slick to stand up in. A mat would be useful. Overall, a gorgeous house that we would love to return to.

Extraordinary Home and Experience!
Our family took a week-long vacation to Arizona and used this home as our home base. What a wonderful experience! The home was beautiful and well-stocked with everything needed to make for a great stay. Plenty of space, world-class views of the Prescott area and Thumb Butte, and the feel of being in a place that is truly unique. Both the architecture and lot were so warm and welcoming. And lots of rocks to climb for the kids and views to keep us adults captivated. Enjoyed our stay immensely and may plan to come back. Thank you!

No hot water
We called to have hot water fixed for upstairs bathroom. There was 6 girls who all had to use one shower. Really put a damper on our trip since it was never addressed and corrected while we were there

Fantastic Property and Stay
This property well exceeded our expectations. The photos are fantastic, but you can't really appreciate the beauty of this property until you stay there. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay and more! The neighborhood was fantastic and made for a great morning run or walk. It was also very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stunning Property!
This is our 2nd stay in this truly breathtaking property and we're already planning our next stay. The views and outdoor spaces are incredible and the architecture is literally one of a kind. We love the Prescott area and this home added so much to our vacation experience. Clean and well kept, everything about this home is just wonderful. So much so that many of the unique elements have become inspirations for the home we're building. It's truly a masterpiece and a rare opportunity to live in an home that you would see in an architectural magazine. We can't recommend this home highly enough. Book your stay...you will be very glad you did.

We enjoyed the house very much. May reserve it again the next trip to Prescott.
The property shows online better than in person. It is getting tired. Needs some freshening up. The false flowers are very tired. Issues we had; 1. Water in Hot tub was going green 2. Hot tub water fall didn't work or we needed instructions 3. Up stairs bathroom tub needs work. No water came out spout. The shower head was plugged. Not all holes flowed with water. On the good side the jets worked. 4. Instructions need to be added to the house info that it has tankless water systems. People from CA that are in drought don't know to run water 8 minutes to get hot water. 5. Trash needs to be emptied after each group of renters. We couldn't fit our trash or recycle in the bins. I hope this helps. We enjoyed the house. We did not use the outside BBQ area.

Wow! Incredible property!
This home is gorgeous!! There is a view from every room in the home. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept on at any vrbo. The property management was easy to contact and so helpful. We look forward to returning here for more stays in the future.

Exceeded expectations
We were wowed by the listing of this property - it looked amazing and we booked it immediately. The in person experience was even better. We loved everything about the house, the location and the neighborhood. It was clean, quiet and private. Every part of the house was different and unique - and every where you went there was a different view of the area. Would definitely return.

Beautiful views & relaxation
Stunning views from every room in the house. Truly relaxing environment in such a beautiful quiet community. The outdoor grill area could use some improved upkeep in between guests would be my only recommendation. House had everything we needed for our getaway, thank you!

Stunning architecture and location
This is very unique and stunning home located in a quiet neighborhood in Prescott. Home is built with steel and concrete and tucked among a hillside of boulders. Beautiful views, and each room has an outside balcony or sitting area. It's truly a unique home and one we will visit again.

Amazing house and views
This was the best rental property we have ever stayed! I have rarely felt that a house was better than it looked in listings and photos, but this one was. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could want during our stay. The views were absolutely astounding!!

Disappointing
Although this house was very clean and the location was convenient and very pretty, it needed some attention and was not accurately described online. All but one of the ceiling lights in living room were out. The remote for the blinds in living area was not working. It took forever to get hot water in kitchen and bathrooms! No window coverings in bedrooms had us up at daybreak. There was no cable service which kept us from watching our favorite shows and local news and weather. A nice touch was the sauce and pasta in the kitchen and the well equipped kitchen!

We choose this location to celebrate a milestone birthday and to be close to hiking and mountain biking options in the Prescott area. We also wanted a luxury home to enjoy in case the weather was bad. Both the weather gods and the home were very good to us. We were able to ride directly to the Thumb Butte trailhead from the house to access the trail network. We also hiked to near the top of the Butte. The home was lovely, well stocked and simply gorgeous. We can't wait to return.

Metal, concrete and Boulder splendor!
I spent as much time looking at the views inside this home as I did looking at the views outside the home. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Outside patios and balconies around the home catered to our needs throughout the day and night.

Everything about this house was breathtaking!! The views were some of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to witness. The layout of the house is nothing short of magnificent! Will absolutely come back and enjoy for a longer stay...would definitely recommend to anyone
