Summit Lodge

The property was extremely clean and well furnished. It was the perfect place for our weekend with friends. Kitchen is very well setup to cook as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great little get away

Perfect little spot to get out of the heat from the valley and enjoyed a great weekend. Amenities were comfy, house was clean, view was spectacular. Dogs LOVED the visit. THANK YOU for a lovely stay!

Fabulous getaway property

This was an ideal getaway place for a quick family trip to Prescott. The home is close to everywhere you want to visit in the area, while still in a quiet neighborhood in the forest. The home is spacious, beautifully furnished, and was--by far--the best equipped vacation rental we've ever stayed in. We HIGHLY recommend this property.

Family wedding weekend

Our stay was perfect. We were visiting from South Carolina and a few family members from Phoenix. So much room and a super fantastic view! Bathrooms and kitchen stocked more than the average household. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Beautiful house

The house was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with high quality knives and cookware.The 3rd bedroom is downstairs and in a fully equipped Mother-in-law apartment. The host was super responsive with any questions I had (which were only 2 the entire stay). I will definitely rent this place the next time in Prescott.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay at the Summit Lodge. The home is AMAZING! The kitchen is well stocked, we had five people in our party and there were enough dishes for everyone. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and family room for everyone to relax at the end of the day! We also really loved the deck, it was a special treat in the morning to enjoy our coffee and watch the wildlife. While we are on the subject of the deck, we made use of the very clean bbq, what a treat that it’s connected to a gas line and you don’t have to fear running out of propane halfway through making your meal! The hosts were great! They left detailed instructions on the house amenities. Our whole family had a blast!

Our "Weekend Away" was made so much better by the accommodations and views! Everyone loved the accessibility to the site and local activities. The views from the back window were spectacular and the home's decor and comfort was lovely.
