Love this place
Property is centrally located and quickly available for all amenities and shopping. Have stayed here multiple times over the last two years. It’s always clean very comfortable bed and the host is always quickly available and always meet us at the property on the first day. Would recommend this place any time

Exceptional Stay
Our visit to Prescott Valley was a wonderful get away and we were welcomed by our host Steve who gave us a tour of our beautiful casita and provided all needed information. The casita was very beautiful and Steve did an exceptional job of providing everything one could imagine and more!!! Steve is an exceptional host and provides his guests with the best!! Thank you Steve for a very nice stay and we look forward to future stays at your beautiful casita!

Centrally located for area exploration
We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The casita is conveniently located for exploring Prescott/Prescott Valley and the surrounding areas. Steve met us at the house and gave us a quick tour of the place. We had everything we needed to relax after a long day exploring the area. We cooked several meals and everything we needed was at hand. For those who don't want to cook, there are many area restaurants to choose from. We will definitely choose Cedar Springs Casita the next time we are in the area!

Love this place!
We've stayed at this house several times and have it reserved for 2 more times this summer. Always love to arrive here. Owner always meets and greets us and shows us around, and is always accessible. It's always clean and centrally located to all the good restaurants.

Cute Casita
This wonderful Casita was perfect! It had everything we needed and more and was so quiet and comfortable. We were in Prescott Valley for business and it was so nice to come "home" to a comfortable space to relax in. Steve and Alan were great at explaining everything and giving us a home tour and where everything was located. I will totally stay in their home again and encourage everyone to stay here as well!

Love this place
This is our second year staying here. We use it each month from May-August for about a week each month. Clean and great location. Very quiet. Steve is always available and responsive if we need him. Bed is very comfortable, very large wall-mounted TV and a new tiled shower is awesome. We'll keep coming back as long as they keep renting it out.
