“This is an excellent place to stay. The room was clean. The furnishings were everything you need. It is very private. The location has beautiful scenery. It's great if you have a dog. It was wonderful.”

“Beautiful location very easy to get to super fast to get into Big Bend Park. We had a scorpion in the sink the first night we got there that I had to throw out and there was a lot of critters like there are out in the desert. The view of the sky was amazing, but we did have some non-guests visit at 2 AM One of the nights we stayed, which was unsettling with me and my two children in the middle of nowhere. Should have brought a weapon in hindsight. Great stay overall”

“We had the greatest time! The place looks straight out of the western era and the views are incredible! It’s super close to Big Bend. If you want to go see stars is the perfect place, always double check the weather because we did get some clouds and rain on the second day. Overall, it was a great place! The only thing that I would recommend is that the porch light to be red light, when we were stargazing some people had their porch light on and it affected visibility.”

“The location was amazing! Awesome for star viewing. We were in cabin #8 so that spot was even better to sit and view. The only thing that happened was we had left to go to dinner, came back and someone had actually driven there truck and parked it right next to our window on the side and had already made a fire in the pit that was next to our porch. He offered to move over once we were there but he already had a fire going so we said it’s ok. For one there was no way to drive back there unless……

“We had a great stay at Ten Bits Ranch. This was our home base for three days as we hiked in Big Bend. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The views from the porch and the fire pit were incredible. We enjoyed hiking to the apache cave across the street and the views from the cave were impressive. Ten Bits was very quiet. Check in and out was very easy. We would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Big Bend. ”

“Let first start with saying this property is a hidden gem. It's centrally located to everything in Terlingua, your never more than 10 min from everything you will need. My host Daryl was very easy to communicate with and responsive with all my questions. The view of the creek from the front porch at sunset or sunrise was perfect, I highly recommend enjoying a cup of coffee or a beer while soaking up the natural beauty around you. The cabin is overly well stocked with pretty much everything……
