「The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken.」

「Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

「I don’t understand why Expedia is in partnership with this hotel. In my options for reservations, I took a superior room with dinner and breakfast included. Once I made my reservation that was non refundable, I received a message from the hotel say that the restaurant will be close at 6PM. On site, the reception, was asking us to have dinner between 5:30 and 6 PM. After they would close the restaurant. We protest, saying it was too early as we had excursions planned.
