Great hotel close to everything, yet set away from everything, so it’s peaceful and quiet. All members of the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room and hotel were very clean and the WiFi was reliable and fast. The restaurant is outstanding and breakfast was well done too. Thanks for a great stay!

A very nice hotel in a good location; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The only two downsides were the lack of air conditioning and a very limited view of the mountains.

The hotel is not considerate at all, a few details, two bottle of water with caps but no opener, no way I could drink them, no tissues, only toilet paper in the room, no fridge, window crack, lots of bad details, also the staff were very rude, never smiled, when I asked them about street parking, they said not their parking, they don’t know, but it is right in front of their property, no clue at all? Or just wanted me to pay for their parking? When I asked if possible checkout a little late, no sorry, no explanation, just very cold “not possible”

An excellent hotel, we were sad that we weren't staying longer and plan to return. The hotel itself is beautiful, with historical pictures of Zakopane adding to the charm. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All members of staff we encountered on reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with local specialities. The restaurant's menu features local dishes too and does have vegetarian options, which had otherwise been more difficult to find in Zakopane than in other parts of Poland. The location is great with trees and a lovely lawn, just a short walk through a pretty park to the centre of Zakopane.
