Beautiful place for a family vacation

The Gorgeous Riverfront Home VRBO was a Beautiful, clean and spacious place to stay for our family reunion weekend. We fished in our boat on the river and shopped and ate dinner out in the fun town of Sandpoint.l For down time we snuggled up in the cozy couches and watched a movie. We played board games in the spacious great room. We cooked together in the well stocked kitchen. It was a wonderful stay!

Perfect peaceful spot on the river!

Brand new everything! Stunning view of the river. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck overlooking the water. The place had everything we needed for our 4 generation family reunion. Comfortable beds and toys for the kids. Already talking about booking again next year!

Lovely Early Fall Location

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and the natural setting was inviting and fun (especially with access to river bank). Only downsides were a broken bathroom lock and a oven crying out for a deep cleaning. We will certainly return for a future visit.

Beautiful!!

Loved it! Nicely stocked kitchen. Easy access to the water even more so when the dock is complete. Enjoyed the stunning view out the large windows, and loved the design of the house. Just a note the gate required a soft touch on the # sign. Remember and save yourself some stress. We would definitely visit again!

Incredible Views, Modern House to Water or Snow Ski!

What an incredible, large vacation destination! Feels remote but has amenities close by. The newly built house has 2 primary bedroom suites on the main floor, a gorgeous view of the lake (bald eagles were literally flying past), large secondary living space downstairs (same spectacular view) with more bed and bathrooms, every kitchen accessory that you could imagine for a large group (including grilling), warming glow of the fireplace, and manicured landscaping all the way from the neighborhood’s private gate (deer, ducks and turkeys roam). The hosts were lovely and helpful! It was an easy check-in and check-out. Lots of recommendations on local options. We can’t wait to come back in the summer and winter again to enjoy the beauty of this mental-resort in all seasons!

Tranquil Vacation for the whole family

Beautiful home in a gated community close to a marina with a great restaurant . The house is very well laid out with room for our two families. House is very well stocked and has gorgeous views of the Pend Orielle River. Getting to the water is a bit tricky but once you are in the water is divine. One week was not long enough. Could have stayed so much longer. Love being in north Idaho. As a family we have been coming up here for years and this is by far our favorite house. We will be back next year.

Nice, Quiet House. Needs some improvements.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was kind of a ways from town but we had very little noise from the neighbors. A great place to get away from it all. Good: very quiet, brand new, excellent kitchen, plenty of room, beautiful house, well designed and decorated. Could be improved: car bottomed out on driveway slab and others clearly have done the same--needs a better driveway and connection to slab; lawn had not been mowed at all this year (was mowed on last day) so grass was over a foot tall. Access to lake not really accessible--needs some kind of stairs. Using entrance gate was confusing and instructions at gate were worn off. Stairs to front door did not have a handrail, which made it difficult for older people.

Big enough for the whole family!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this gorgeous house. The space is huge and inviting for a group to hang out, play, relax and enjoy time together. Bedrooms were ample size to accommodate our whole family, three generations. The two separate living spaces made it great for one group to play cards and talk while the others were enjoying sports on the tv downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and were werable to cook an entire turkey dinner with everything provided. Plenty of bathrooms, extra spaces, deck area and outdoor grounds to keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the kids enjoyed fishing. Close enough to town to grab any last minute items or enjoy a meal in town and do some shopping. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy again.
