Was a bit tough checking in & getting thru lobby on first day as there was a wedding & the guests weren't very friendly to other people passing thru lobby so we chose to head out to the city centre for the evening. Rooms are very nice—quiet, clean, updated. Breakfast was delicious and our server was awesome! A little walk to get to city centre, but we knew that going in & welcomed the walk. It’s quite lovely & picturesque by the river— only takes about 5-7...

"So surprised at this place, did not expect as much as it had to offer, it was beautiful! Food was delicious, staff friendly, everything you’d expect from an Irish hotel. Breakfast was the best (apart from my sisters house) I’ve had on my whole three week trip, through various parts of the country. Pauline, my breakfast waitress was excellent, courteous, friendly and had a word for everyone she met. A treasure."
