Beautiful single-family house "Stereden Vor". 500 m from the centre of Primelin, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Plogoff, 6.5 km from the centre of Audierne, 700 m from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, orchard. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Plage Trez-Goaren" 1 km pebble beach "Pors Tarz" 700 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Marina 2 km, walking paths from the house 700 m.
"Stereden Vor", 4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Terrace 30 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
