「I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. The room had bedroom and living room and a kitchen! it was perfect temperature the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Pleased with the slippers. Son happy with the spa facilities. Clean throughout. Staff were friendly when you engaged with them. 」

「A wonderful find on our way to Zermatt! I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was efficient, clean, and charming. The breakfast was stellar and the location is incredibly convenient to the train station. We didn’t get to use the spa, but it looked gorgeous. Don't hesitate to book!」
