「The room was very clean and breakfast was good」

「There were four to five people in staying and they put my husband and I in an adjoining room next to an older couple who had their tv blaring all night. We couldn't sleep well. Early in the am when the couple next door decided to get up I could hear their conversation word for word. I let the front desk know we had a terrible stay among. The front desk gentlemen advised he had contacted expedia and they would refund my stay. He couldn't as I had already paid to expedia. Called expedia a week...

「We stayed in the Executive King suite with the Jacuzzi tub. For starters the room smelled like an ashtray. The bed was so uncomfortable and the hideabed was even worse. The coffee was terrible and not Starbucks as shown in the pictures definitely wouldn't reccomend.」

「This property is not in a good part of town. There were lots of homeless people in the area. My vehicle was too tall to fit in the parkade and they only had 4 spots for oversized vehicles. However all 4 spots were filled with cars, not trucks. There must have been an event happening as there constantly people going in and out of the lobby smoking out front. The hotel was loud」
