「Sabina checked us in and was SO helpful during our stay. She was friendly and kind and overall amazing customer service. We adored the restaurant staff as well- they made our restaurant trips easy and the food was yummy. Malcom was our server the first night- he and the bar tender made our first dinner relaxing and they were just super helpful and friendly. The hot tub was overcrouded as it is a small hot tub but the pool was nicely heated so it wasnt really needed. The room was clean and...

"Excellent 9.5/10. First of all, location's great & price is pretty good! Just a 5 min walk coming off Canada Line from YVR airport. Room's clean & convenient with a sink. Shared washrooms on the hallway are actually independent ones with doors & locks like the ones in your house. If occupied, one may simple go use the ones on other floors. The cleaning lady & the staff at the counter were extremely friendly & the streets were safe too. IGA, a supermarket chain, is just a 3 min walk away. There are also McDonalds, Popeyes, pizzeria, gelateria & various restaurants nearby. Another train station, Stadium-Chinatown is also nearby if one wishes to go East. Overall, it's a nice place to stay."
