"Stayed four nights at Versante and the staff kindly provided us the room for our unexpected early check-in. Hotel car service for airport pick up is great. Nice bathroom amenities and comfortable bed but we should have requested a couple lo-loft pillows. I am an extremely light sleeper and even though our room faces the quieter side of the hotel, the soundproofing of this hotel proved inadequate for my needs for both inside and outside noises. "

"The buildings need updating and their portal software is outdated. Property is pleasant to stay and has great views but needs some upgrades and renovations as the building infrastructure seems to be getting outdated as the years go by."

"I always chose to stay here when I’m coming in on business. What an incredible vibe and environment. Staff is always extremely helpful and room service the people are wonderful hardworking and so giving. For a casino hotel it’s incredible how quiet and lovely it is. It’s truly an experience. Thanks again for such a seamless stay when I leave early mornings and like the smooth organization. Can’t wait to stay longer next time!"

"We were there for a very short time; the hotel is basic but just fine for one night. However, we chose the hotel for close proximity of the airport AND the free shuttle. Upon arrival, we followed instructions for booking the shuttle and were told when our ride would arrive. After waiting 35 minutes and seeing 2 shuttles each passing by from several other hotels, I called back, only to be told the driver was fueling up/changing vehicles or something like that. I asked how long the wait would be and no clear answer was given. We were told to find where the taxis are and hotel would cover it. I complained that as customers, they should be contacting us about any delays. Once I found the taxi company, the driver acted like he had no idea what we were talking about; in fact he told us to take a different cab and asked to see our paper instructions/hotel address. I told him this is the company we were told to take; he was not happy and we heard about it on the way to the hotel. We then realized he knew exactly what he was doing and just did not want to take us as it wasn’t enough money/length of a drive. Less than pleasant circumstances for a customer to experience after a long flight and needing sleep. When we explained at the hotel desk, Zero compensation offered. Would not book there again."
