Austin did a great job being a host and went the extra distance to put the small touches on the guest experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and the morning coffee was above average. “This was one of the best suites we have ever stayed at. So much care has been put into making sure this was a comfortable stay. Although we only needed one night, my partner and I wish we could’ve stayed longer! I’m reminded of Japanese hotels with slippers provided and a smart toilet in the bathroom. The location was very close to the airport, very private in a beautiful neighbourhood. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book!”

"We checked in and discovered molds on bed sheets. The staff changed us to another room, but the toilet fan in that room is broken. Amenities are stingily insufficient. No kettle in the room so we asked for one. The staff said they will send it to our room but they clearly forgot about that. They did sound nice but not being helpful at all. One of the worst hotels we stayed given the price. Not recommended."
