"Booked wrong Holliday inn,our fault. 15 mins away from yvr instead of 5 mins away. As soon as landed called hotel asked for shuttle were advised 20 mins, 50 mins later called back told 5 mins. Small family van arrived 4 seats only 2 suitcases could fit. Arrived at hotel, driver was also checking guests in therefore reason for 50 min wait time at airport. Do not book if travelling and relying on shuttle that is only every hour not every half hour, can only take 4 passengers per trip and maybe 4carryons but not sure. Our flight was bumped up by 30 mins, tried to get earlier am shuttle and 4 people were already booked on. Not reliable, not equipped for travelling guests and understaffed. "
