room was nice, staff helpful. Phone didnt work in our room but didnt know until we waited on hold for 35 mins only to find out they couldn't hear us and kept hanging up.
Phones definitely need to be upgraded. cordless unit had to be from the 90's. 😳

What a beautiful property! It has old money elegance, the friendliest staff, amazing food and drinks in both the lobby bar and the rooftop bar! We had an absolutely fantastic experience and will be back! We typically stay at a Fairmont downtown but Azur is our new favourite!! Thanks for the wonderful weekend and the lovely birthday surprise for my husband.

There is definitely no complaint about the location and the cleanliness. But the water flow of the shower head is too weak. The ladder of the bunker bed is made of thin metal bars, therefore it is hard and dangerous to climb up and down. Finally if a bath tub is available, it will be much better. Anyway, it is a nice stay.
