"My wife wanted only one thing for her 50th birthday…a house by the beach to spend time with our kids and family. Her brother and sister in law were visiting from Germany. I have to say that this was an amazing place for making her birthday wish come true! Thank you for such a great location! The house was very clean, the property manager was immediately reachable, and the location was great!! Thanks again!!"

"The location was great. Just steps from the beach. The neighbors were very polite to us while we were there. Questions we had were promptly replied to. The elevator was great for my mom who had hip surgery a few months ago. I would definitely consider booking this house again."

"Everyone loved the location so much that the kids said they would rather stay at beach instead of going to universal Studios on the 31st. We told them we needed to support MCHS band , so we went on Sat.. However, Sat. night my daughter skipped a day at Universal to be with us at your condo. My husband even got to fish more, since we were so close to inlet. Everything was great, and host was very responsive when we asked questions. We will definely be back."

"There is no other destination in the US where you can stay at the end of a natural inlet on the Atlantic Ocean and a River. Every day is amazing!"

"The location is great. The actual accommodations, not so much. The photos make it look very updated and new while in actuality it’s really only the main floor that is updated. The spiral staircases can be a bit treacherous and should be mentioned or at least shown in the photos. The couches in the living area had a distinct “urine” smell which was further confirmed by “urine eliminator” spray under the sink. Obviously someone else thought so as well. You’re sharing a patio with other units so if they have say, 2 loud, barking dogs that roam freely out there, be aware. Could not get clarification on whether the patio furniture was for communal use. Kitchen not well stocked but appliances were all new and working pretty well (bit of an issue with the ice maker). Had it not been for the location and beach access, not sure I would have been very happy. But the location saved it!"

"So, we had a bit of snag with our check in process as we asked for early check in, which was originally confirmed and then we were told we could not check in as early as we wanted and early check in was not guaranteed. This was a little annoying as we had confirmed the early check in the day before we left. That is the reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise, the keycode system couldn't have been easier. The only other gripe is the bed mattress in the master was a bit worn out and lumpy. That said, the early check in and the bed were minor blips on the radar once you take everything into account. We had an amazing time and the place is as advertised. Yes, lots of stairs, but we absolutely loved being able to walk right down the stairs onto the beach, and they were only really a pain when bringing suitcases up on the first day. Other than that, not an issue at all... assuming you don't have any elderly folks in your group who can't do stairs...but the view you get from climbing those stairs can't be beat, and the deck is so inviting since you have a roof overhead. Finally, location, location, location... this place is in the coolest, private, chill spot, and not far from restaurants, Publix or even downtown St. Augustine. If you are looking for crowds, go to St. Augustine, but if you are looking for a peaceful getaway where the kids and the dog have the beach mostly to themselves, then come here, you won't regret it!
