“I booked an accessible room online, due to being in a wheelchair. I have a service dog and was required to put a refundable deposit for bringing him, and since he is not a pet, I believe that is illegal, firstly. I got back the deposit, but they put me in a nonaccessible room because of my service dog. I was unable to use the restroom in the room and was required to use the lobby restroom. They gave me no reason for changing the room until after I checked out, which was that the handicap……

“There is an indoor pool The room and bathroom was clean. The staff is helpful and nice. The breakfast just right. I would recommend”

“The breakfast was pitiful and not what was advertised. The bathroom ceiling had spots of throughout. Lamps and picture frames were broken. Dead bugs were scattered around the perimeter of the room. Spider webs covered the corners of the room.”

“Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow and soap and shampoo. When you want to check out, call the place to wake up the guy in charge to check you out. I don’t recommended it all pay another 10 bucks for something real.”

“The Holiday Inn staff was wonderful! They were accommodating, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, and it was nice to enjoy a hot cup of coffee each morning. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is beginning to show its age. The room we stayed in would benefit from updated mattresses and a new sleeper sofa.
