"Unfortunately, getting a smoke-free room isn't of much use when people are smoking right in front of the lobby and all I could smell was the stench of cigarette smoke in the hotel. My past stays at this facility haven't been like this, so hopefully this was just a temporary issue."

"Room needed a deep clean. I went barefoot and my feet were black from the floors. Toilet seat was not firmly attached. Toilet wobbled. Water pressure was poor. NO exterior sign lights at all. No exterior light over many room doors. Fridge barely worked. No coffee maker. No cups to drink water. No place to put soap after washing your hands. Towel bar should be firmly attached to the wall. Grab bars should be in ALL ROOMS. "

"We picked this hotel as we were driving home from vacation based on the reviews. Unfortunately, we felt a bit misled, as the property was run down and our room wasn't ready four hours after the 3pm check in time. We were told they only had two staff members on their housekeeping team, so they were behind in preparing the rooms. While the rooms were spacious, the bathroom definitely was in need of repairs/deep cleaning and the lamp by the beds did not work at all. Overall, we would not recommend this property."

"It was clean but nothing was updated. There was a timer for the shower, and everything seemed kind of cramped and run down. I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool (my son was excited to swim) and was not informed until after I checked in that the pool was broken! I don't think it's a terrible place to spend a quick night but I will probably never go back. I do not in any way feel like I got my money's worth from this location."

"Staff was very nice. However, the room we had is had a huge stain on the floor and the bed had either bed bug poop or another type of insect poop. The pool wasn't filtered properly so it had a ton of hair and dirt in the water. The hot tub has a film all the way around it and the foam was so thick you couldn't see the water. We ended up leaving afraid of getting bed bugs."
