Condo was located in a great community. Condo was fully stock with all essential items. Host was amazing to work with. Responded very quickly to text messages and sent very helpful photos and video prior to arrival to help with check in. Will definitely visit again

This has to be the best rental suite we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts equipped it with everything you could ever need! The pool area was our evening wind-down spot. The neighbours are all incredibly friendly! The lanai was the perfect for dinner. Can’t thank Anthony & Julie enough for being incredible hosts.

The house was perfect. Perfect location in beautiful Princeville. Convenient for short drives to many North shore beaches. Convenient to restaurants & grocery store. It had everything you could want. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked breakfast every morning & enjoyed it out on the lanai. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Just everything. Highly rec. this rental & would def stay here again.

Spacious, well appointed condo in a nice neighborhood. It was perfect for my family of five. The primary bedroom has a luxurious pillow topper on the bed that makes it hard to want to get up. Stocked with beach gear and close to Hanalei Bay, stop in at Wake Up Delicious for the churro French toast.

The place is very clean, easily accessible, and great Princeville location. The place has a well stocked kitchen, which made cooking at home very easy. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards which made beach days much more pleasant. No complaints about the place at all

Property was well maintained; with more than adequate kitchen equipment. Great location with easy check in and checkout details. My parents and family enjoy the spacious living area that was more than perfect for our family of 6. When we return to Kauai this would be a great space to stay at again.

The home was in very good condition with great amenities and a very good attention to detail about what a guest would need or want during their stay. Walking distance to the golf course with a hiking trail all along a few holes. Very close (10min) from Hanalei Bay with a great kids friendly beach.

We had a great time at this property. Anthony/Julie we great hosts with quick responses and communication. The home was spotless and the location is fantastic. We spent time in the pool and used the BBQ. It was a short distance to the beaches and restaurants, which we took advantage of. Thanks for everything!

Our stay at this resident was wonderful! The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with! My friends and i loved this little community and how quiet it was. The community pool always had open lounge chairs and was super relaxing. The condo itself was beautifully maintained with all the essentials! Check out was a breeze! I would definitely stay here on my next trip!

Great complex & unit. Perfect for 4 poeple plus 2 small kids. Was a little tight for us with 4 older kids. Pool is small & not heated & was a bit of a bummer but beautiful complex & really nice unit. Owner was great to communicate with. Love Kaui & the north shore. We'll be back.

Loved this stay and hope to be back! Everything was thoughtfully considered and super clean. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful landscaping and pool nearby. Ideal for families with kids in any age group. The unit is thoughtfully laid out, private and tastefully decorated. Wonderful master bath and bedroom. The only issues were the upstairs neighbors were a little noisy in the morning and the wifi connection was slow at times. Minor issues compared to how amazing this place is. These are friendly, welcoming hosts who immediately respond to questions. Loved the food truck guide! Would definitely book again!

Condo is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Loved being on the ground level for quick access to pool and bbq area. AC was down when we arrived, owners had window units installed within 24 hrs so we could keep cool for the rest of our 10-day stay, AMAZING hosts. I’d give more stars if I could.

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was beautiful, just like the pictures. The pool was awesome and so close to the unit. The upstairs guests were a little loud at times but that’s too be expected being in a ground floor unit. I would definitely stay here again My only wish was that they had crib sheets for the travel crib. I would have brought my own had I known they didn’t have any. I assumed they would since they had the crib but i should have confirmed. I also was really happy they had two snorkel masks to use for me and my family. Awesome place! Checking in was super easy and we had no issues at all.

This property was fabulous! We have stayed in a few houses on Kaua’i over the years, but this is by far the best experience we’ve had. The house is beautiful, very spacious, quiet, and right in the heart of all things Princeville. A short walk to the shopping areas in one direction, and a short walk in the other to the cliffs overlooking the sea for that perfect sunset view. The house was soooo clean, with the best-equipped kitchen and bathrooms we have seen, and full of all the extras you would want for a beach trip. Coolers, ice blocks, beach chairs, parasols, beach towels- it really had everything. One of the best rental properties we have ever been to, and our hosts were amazing!! We will definitely be back!
