Nice place with great ocean views!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was nicer than it looked in the pictures and the sounds of the crashing ocean were incredible.

Awesome stay!

The property and unit were great! We enjoyed the beautiful views from all of the rooms, especially the primary bedroom! The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many of our meals there. It was also nice to enjoy the pool in the afternoon after our daily hikes/ trips to the beach. Appreciated the convenience of using the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

It is a very nice place, but Princeville for us was a liitle too limited on things to do in walking distance. We prefer having more options, but thats just us. The rental was very nice and clean and the neighborhood is very nice and always felt safe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was exactly what we hoped...chilling and enjoying Kauai. The location is beautiful with gorgeous views from 3 rooms. The balcony will be greatly missed! The only thing that might need to be replaced is the master was a bit squeaky with any little movement. The top level is perfect if you are looking for a quiet location on the property. We look forward to visiting this beautiful getaway place. The sunset off the canyon was very much enjoyed. If you want to sleep with the sounds of waves this location is perfect.

Beautiful Views and Peaceful

This was our first stop on Kauai, and we really enjoyed the panoramic views. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood, and relaxing on the deck while viewing the beautiful ocean. There is a nice breeze which helps keep things cool inside. We drove into Hanalei to enjoy the beach and for some meals. The local market had plenty of supplies and fresh food, too.

Lovely, comfortable, quiet condo with an unsurpassable view! This was our third stay at Ali’i Kai and this is my favorite unit yet. So close to shopping, walking paths, and my favorite beach (Anini), yet very private and peaceful. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Amazing location in Princeville

This was an amazing property that was well maintained. The wrap around balcony has beautiful views of the ocean and the Nā Pali mountains. The property management company was very attentive. I highly recommend this property.

The Resort is beautiful with an amazing ocean view. Access to beach is difficult and slippery, but didn’t mind taking a short trip to other beaches. The condo is nice with upgrades in master bathroom. Plenty of extra linens, towels and beach towels, beach chairs, ice chest, …..

Kauai Condo

The view was amazing. The furniture especially the livingroom needs updating. Sectional worn and saggy. The bedroom mattresses uncomfortable. Kitchen well equipped but microwave too high of location for short people to reach. Condo was very clean and well stocked with towels etc. Anti slip safety shower tape needs to be put in showers. Master bedroom sun shade on window was broken. For those with mobility issues too many stairs to reach condo. Overall beautiful view...good location...well stocked....clean.

The Property Management is very courteous and checked up on us a couple times to make sure everything was ok. Even though there is no AC it is cool enough with the fans (not sure if this would be the case in Summer months). Traffic is rough right now because of the landslide but we still made it to Hanalei Bay. We highly recommend staying here, in Winter and Spring months especially!

The ocean views are amazing. Second, the kitchen is very well equipped for anyone that likes to cook. Good selection of pots and pans as well as cooking utensils. Third, the place is beautiful, and location is great. We were very comfortable the entire time. Despite the road closures on Hanalei Hill, we were able to twice make it into Hanalei for full day experiences. Highly recommend lunch at Tahiti Nui! We also met the full-time residents below us who were very warm and welcoming.Finally, we saw wales! We brought a pair of binoculars with us from home and had a full 40 minutes trading off watching wales breach and splash down. So impressive.Highly recommend this property to everyone!

It was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the basic needs. We enjoyed our three days stay at this beautiful condo. The ocean view from master bedroom was spectacular. Also the downtown Hanalei is just a short drive from the apartment. Ali Kai is a great place to stay with all the amenities and vista points nearby. The master bedroom is full of bugs — there are dead bugs all over the lamps, bedside tables, and window sill. There were also everywhere on the balcony. Please clean (and perhaps spray) before the next guest arrives.
