So whether you are honeymooning or just looking for a very well deserved vacation you are always welcome at our “Hale” away from home. Our private and tranquil stand-alone 2 story house in Princeville at the Hanalei Bay Villas on the beautiful Garden Isle of Kauai will delight all of your senses!

This is like living in a 'Bird House'. The views from the two lanais are spectacular. This is a 'Glimpse Into Paradise'. Drink your morning coffee taking in the mountain views and waterfalls of Bali Hai. Admire Hanalei Bay and check out the golfers putting on the world-famous Makai Golf Course hole #3 on the Ocean's Course. The only visitors you can expect are the many tropical birds and maybe a gecko or two!

After breakfast take a short walk across the road down to “Hideaways Beach” one of the best kept secrets in all of Hawaii! Swim, sunbathe, snorkel or just check out the many surfers hanging ten. You may even see someone famous!

Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa has cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans in the living, dining and kitchen area. With bamboo hardwood floors throughout, the villa has been furnished with Tommy Bahama Furniture, Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Kitchen aid Appliances, linens, dishes and island decorations, TV, DVD Player, an Electric Grill, and Free Wi-Fi. This villa also has a washer and dryer!

The master bedroom with a comfy king size bed has its own bathroom with a newly renovated shower, floors, and countertops. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with its own newly renovated bathroom just a step into the hallway. Both bedrooms are on the lower floor each having access to the lower lanai with the same gorgeous views as the upper lanai. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom that keep you nice and cool.

Our “Hale” is right next door (but not too close) to the five star 1Hotel Hanalei Bay with a beach bar and a number of great restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking or just want to hang-out and have a “Sunset Cocktail”. There is a path that gives you access to the 1Hotel Beach. Also, if you feel like some pampering the 1Hotel has a beautiful spa.

Great location if you have some friends or family getting married at the 1Hotel.

With over 30 windows there are beautiful views from every room in this house as well as fantastic trade breezes to keep you comfortable. The locals tell me that this is their favorite Villa in this complex.

Don’t forget to visit the lovely Hanalei Town while you are here and stroll among the very unique collection of stylish shops and galleries. Hanalei Town also has many great restaurants. There are also rental shops in Hanalei from anything from surfboards, kayaks to bikes. Surfing lessons are available as well.

Princeville has a Foodland supermarket with great prices for your food shopping requirements. There is also a Walmart and Costco on the island!

There is a numbered parking spot for our house which is open for any guests that are visiting our house.

This is the perfect location on the North shore. Close to unbelievable beaches and great hikes. Only an hour from south shore exactly what we were looking for!

Expectations were high after reading the reviews and the property did not disappoint. Loved our time on the lanai overlooking Hanalei Bay, used the beach accesses to Hideaway and Hanalei and walked next door to the fabulous One Hotel for drinks and dinners. So happy we got to stay here!

Having stayed in different areas of Kauai over the years, this was our first time on the north coast. We weren’t disappointed and couldn’t have chosen a better place than this villa! The views from every room were magnificent! Sunrises, sunsets, beaches and mountains - we had them all! Our stay here was amazing!

Beautiful views, Lanai was lovely, comfy beds, antique sofa and chairs not so comfy. Kitchen well appointed. Needs better knives. Needs more beach towels and shower towels for 7 day stay. Nice that they had beach chairs and umbrella as well as ice chest. Great condo overall. Would def stay there again.

This was a fantastic property -- spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, fantastic layout, and wonderful location. Jessica was a great host -- communicative, helpful, and responsive to our every need. The views from the two balconies were mesmerizing and the overall privacy and peacefulness made for an extraordinary week in paradise. Highly recommended!

We loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the mountains, ocean, birds and trees. We also enjoyed having a balcony and view from the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped to make meals for our family, and Jessica was easy to reach out to. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

This property is just wonderful, very close to the beach and Princeville shopping area, with the MOST beautiful view of the mountains, just a few minutes from Hanalei. The house has an unbelievable view out the back lanai that is impossibly to portray in pictures. The house is clean, very nicely furnished, with beach accessories and outstanding communication from Jessica. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay. Waking up here will be one of the highlights of our trip.

The view from this property was so beautiful that we often got take out and ate at the villa rather than at a restaurant. We discovered Fredrico's in Hanalei on our last night, highly recommend! It rained a lot during our stay but there were beautiful rainbows to enjoy from the villa. The location is perfect, close to many beaches, farmer's markets, dining, groceries, shopping, churches, etc. It was nice just going for walks too. Thank you, Jessica for letting us stay at such a wonderful place. 🌈

Short walk to the beach (note: there are many, many steps down) and gorgeous views from the villa. Unit was very clean and had great vented windows that kept it cool. A few things need fixing (e.g., screen doors, beach umbrellas, mats) but the property manager is planning to address them. Kitchen is well-appointed, but if you're a knife snob and need sharp knives, consider bringing your own. Overall, a lovely stay.

My husband and I spent four nights in the villa in November 2016 and it surpassed our expectations (and we travel a lot!). The views from this villa have to be the best of the lot. We had golf course, mountain and Hanalei Bay views. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed, the living room and attached lanai had so many windows we had good air flow and views. The bedrooms on the lower level are some of the most comfortable we have stayed in (we only used the master but both have access to the lower lanai). We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the villa and would recommend it to our family and friends.

I was counting on the gps on my phone, it placed me before the house. Best to follow the directions in the welcome letter. Bedrooms are downstairs, ceilings fans in each bedroom and living room, helps cool the rooms. Kitchen with everything you need. Easy access to hideaway beach( great for snorkeling) and the 1 hotel down the road.

Beautiful condo with outstanding views! Home was spotless and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Excellent accommodations for one or two couples. Host was an excellent communicator throughout our stay. The adjacent town of Hanalei has some great restaurants and shopping. If I were to make any suggestions, more detailed directions to the condo would be appreciated. It took us some time to find since we landed at sunset and had to make our way there in the dark. The house numbers are small and not super visible from the car. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone planning to visit Kauai!
