Come enjoy my newly remodeled tropical island studio on Kauai's lovely north shore. Your perfect day starts with breakfast on the sunny and private East side lanai. Next, grab the beach toys, pack a cooler and roll down to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Come home and take a nap in the cool AC and then go down the street to Watch the sun set over Bali hai view. Top the evening off with a barbecue by the pool-side and a mai tai. There’s also always night time fun at places like Tiki Iniki or the famous Tahiti Nui down the hill in Hanalei.
The tiled bathroom feels like a jungle spa -for those who like the idea of jungle camping but want to be sheltered and pampered.
As the evening cools down you make yourself comfortable on the king size bed situated to watch your choice of entertainment on the the flatscreen smart TV under the ceiling fan. Or maybe you'd like to sit out under the party lights on the private living room-like and enjoy the breeze from the ceiling fan.
The modern kitchenette that includes all the basics you'll need for prepping small meals, and you always have the choice of numerous wonderful restaurants within a mile. You'll find a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles on the lanai for your use, and even my hand-drawn map for special place to hike to right from your unit.
The North Shore of Kauai is unparalleled in it's beauty and my little 'piece of paradise' will make your stay just right! Tranquil, relaxing and comfortable. I promise you'll LOVE it!
I also pride myself in helping to customize trips to hike on my favorite trail in the world; the Kalalau. Let me know your itinerary and I may be able to arrange shuttles to the trail head, store your luggage, or even give you trekking poles to borrow.

Great studio condo in Princeville

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The king bed was very comfortable with a nice fan overhead. A/C worked perfectly. We loved the lanai to enjoy dinner and just relax. The use of beach chairs and snorkel equipment was very helpful. Kimberlee was always available for any questions and the check-in was super easy. A great place to stay!

Nice place in a great part of kauai

Great location. Close to lots of great beaches and stores on both north and east side. Nice room with a covered patio and pool access in the neighborhood. Overall, really lovely place and would rent again.

The accommodations were cozy, clean, and convenient and Kimberlee is an amazing host! We stayed here for 2 nights prior to hiking the Kalalau Trail. Kimberlee was a great resource for questions and even offered to store our bags while hiking. 10/10 recommend and plan to stay here again.

Location in primo!

This stay was simply wonderful and everything as expected. The property is fantastic and the location is magical. The grounds and the surrounding areas are great if you like to jog and enjoy a beautiful view. The location in proximity to Hanalei is unmatched. Bed was beyond comfortable and the lanai was an oasis in itself. Kim made everything so comfortable and I would come and stay again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic honeymoon spot!

A truly lovely little apartment that has been tastefully renovated. It has a cute little balcony for early morning coffee time, or late afternoon games! It’s also very close to lots of things to see and do. And Kimberlee was a treat to deal with and meet!

Great stay in Princeville

My partner and I stayed in Princeville for the 5 days we were at Kauai. It was a great location - 5 min drive to the Princeville shops and 10 mins to Hanalei. It was easy to communicate with Kimberlee and she allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was very convenient. The house was clean and everything you need for a short stay.

Honeymoon in Kauai

It was perfect. The location allowed easy access to Hanalei and Kīlauea. Plenty of space and the amenities helped save money. The Snorkel gear was GREAT. The place was very clean and the vibe was perfect. The Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better time on the North side of Kauai thanks to the Host and their amazing place.
