You'll have the whole house to yourself and will be able to use the resort's amenities, including the pool area: pool 3-5 feet deep with waterfall and lounge chairs, wading pool under the cabana, hot tub, tropical garden, 2 Weber grills, shaded area with tables and chairs, 4 min walk away.

There is a road by the living room and ground-floor bedrooms with some traffic during the day and minimal traffic at night. The double-pane windows muffle most of the noise, but you will hear some cars.
