"The office staff were always welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean but the restocking of soap and coffee was a bit random. I had to ask for things at the front desk several times during our stay. We didn’t use the poll but it looked very clean."

"Our room was decorated cute, with a rustic forest/firepit vibe. It was clean however the bed was old, it had a soft dent. If you are expecting high a quality hotel. This is not that, unless they decide to replace a lot of things. The TV was a nice size and had streaming sites downloaded already. Staff were amazing. The hotel is old and you can see the efforts put into reviving it. Cute touches all over the place. Just older but clean. Early evening there was a lot of noise. The walls are thin. The room was a nice size but the firepit recreation pit is located directly outside the down stairs hotel rooms on that side of the hotel. The hotel is on two different streets which was fine but dont leave your car unlocked. Honestly if they are going for the "real" rustic vibe they are hitting their mark so for that I gave them a 4. If they invested in beds it would go along way in moving them from shabby chic to uniquely designed."

"The room and the property were super clean, which I appreciated. It also had a really nice pool. The staff was pleasant and helped us with check-in and kept us up-to-date. My only complaint was that it was very loud and I could hear people going up and down the stairs, walking above me and the elevator moving through throughout the night."
