I really enjoyed staying at The Gnome Home. It was very peaceful and relaxing after long days spent hiking. The beach trail is amazing and we even received some deer visitors in our front yard. The home was clean and all amenities were provided. Would love to stay again sometime!
We had a great stay and loved exploring the trail around the beach, just a few steps outside of the gnome home. The place was cozy and just what we needed while exploring the area around Olympic National Park. Would definitely recommend staying here as the location is super central to many of the park attractions.
Beautiful area where the wildlife roams free and the deer come right up to your area! Good location with just a short drive to many fun things. The gnome home is very cute and was a perfect place for us to stay over the weekend
The Gnome Home was lovely and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and it was great having access to a washer/dryer. I accidentally dropped the keys between the door and the porch, but fortunately, Marjory handled the incident with more grace than perhaps I deserved!
Beautiful view of the ocean right out the front window; deer in the front yard. When we arrived, the host moved us to a bigger house with no charge, as there was going to be tree removal work at our original booking.
Adorable decor, plenty of everything you’d need - towels, dishes, cookware. Just amazing!!
There were a few issues but nothing that really ruined our stay. Internet was out but the host notified us immediately, then their was an issue with the water but with 20 min of reporting it host was on site to address. The hike down to the beach was gorgeous even in the rain, but it is not an easy path.
We had booked our stay very last minute and Marjory was so graceful through it all! The Gnome Home was clean, comfortable and in such a nice location. We really appreciated how attentive she was through the settling in process, as we were the first guests of the season this year. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend!
We LOVED our stay in the Gnome Home! The accommodations were just as listed and it was super clean! We loved taking walks on the various trails and especially loved the private walk to the beach! Watching the eagles and many deer made this trip even more special! We felt very connected to nature! The property manager, Margie, was very attentive and helpful!
Property was clean and fresh with just about everything you might possibly need to cook, clean and be cozy with. The trails around the property and down to the ocean side are a major plus for staying here. We did not have any need to contact our host, since everything was in working order and as stated on the vrbo site. Would be happy to book property again. Fun to have the deer/wildlife around and to enjoy watching seals etc, from the shoreline. All around this was an enjoyable stay for us.

The beach trail and access was fabulous! It's a wild, windy beach; note that the water is too cold to swim in! But what a view and such a nice beach to walk along! There's an outlook with an incredible view from the cliffs above the beach. Lots of bald eagles. The home itself was comfy and very, very clean. Bed was super comfy and a plethora of bed linens were provided. My son had fun finding gnomes hiding throughout the Gnome home. I heartily recommend this home!
Overall lovely stay at the gnome home. Nature walks and views were incredible. Home had basic necessities needed. The power went out for a few hours early in the morning (I think it was everyone in the park) and I never heard anything back on what to do, etc. so we were in the dark for awhile while packing. No big deal. Location was close to everything and felt safe!

Cute, clean place but not what we expected based on the description.
My brother and I stayed in Gnome Home, a cute, tiny mobile home with most of what we needed. The ad leads one to believe it is one unit among a few (we thought 3-4 units) spread out on plot of wooded acreage and instead it was a mobile home park with many units (15 or more) crowded together and no private outdoor space and only one outdoor chair located behind the unit. Clean unit in clean neighborhood tucked back on a dead end street. It was quiet and nice but not what was expected. Landlord was immediately responsive to issue with washing machine and very nice.
Great place to stay if your doing excursions around Olympic National Park. A very short drive to Port Angeles where you can find pretty much everything you need including a safeway and wallmart. Can see the mountains from the living room windows, and just a short, but steep walk right to the ocean. Many great little spots to take great pictures.
Very quite spot, barely even know any one is around. After a day hiking, thats exacty what your looking for. Highly recommended
Best trip ever. Im not sure you could find as much of a “home” feeling anywhere else. The eagles on the beach and seclusion of the location make it all perfect. Stay here. You wont regret it
The home is small but very well equipped and the decor follows the theme in the name of Gnome Home and is very well done and lots of fun. Kitchen had everything we needed and there were lots of towels and even a washer and dryer. Just be careful of the red switch in the kitchen. We ran out of hot water and realized after a few cold showers that we had switched it off by mistake (our error)!!
We were very comfortable and would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
