「The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). 「Spectacular hotel and spa. Magnificent grounds and facilities. This is a 5-star hotel that deserves its rating. Breakfasts were spectacular. The room was so quiet—no sounds at all. 」

「Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)」
