「The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. 」

「Beautifully appointed hotel, both outside and in. Worthy of its 4 star rating. Check in was personal and friendly. Porterage was offered but we didn't use it. There is a lift to all floors and although there are 5 steps down to the breakfast room, a stair lift is available for those with limited mobility.
Our bedroom was equipped with a king size bed a large flat screen TV, telephone and air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Tea and coffee making facilities bottled...
「This must have been a truly magnificent building when it was new, now it's a bit tired, there are plastic conduits stuck onto the old walls with high ceilings that take the power to the crystal chandeliers. The green carpet does not go with the turquoise ceiling and battle ship grey paint on the wood chip wallpaper, but it all shows the history of the building and I find the result charming, it has character.」
「Location was lovely and country house such a lovely well kept and interesting place. Accommodation was excellent as was breakfast and dinner. Owners very hospitable and helpful. Good all round experience. Would definitely recommend and revisit. 」
