We had a great week staying at Villa Margaux. Perfect located with 10min walk to the harbour and restaurants. Fred was a super helpful host.

A very relaxing stay at Villa Margaux and a fabulous owner!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the villa & peacefulness of the area. It is well equipped & whilst the kitchen is small it had all we needed as although we ate out most nights we cooked on some evenings. The views from the patios/terrace area are lovely & we enjoyed watching the ferries come & go as well as the eagles flying above us. The pool is a good size & we were glad it was heated being October, although it was still a little chilly getting in but fine once you are in. The only minor improvement it could do with is a rail to hold on to when getting in & out as the first step is very deep so we had to kneel/sit down which isn’t always that easy. The location is also great as it’s just a few minutes drive from the restaurants in Propriano (you could walk to them but the hill back to the villa is very steep) & there is a supermarket & pharmacy nearby as well as other restaurants a little further out of town. Before finishing I have to say how wonderfully helpful Fred is. We had a flat tyre when we were 15 minutes away from reaching the villa on the day we arrived & ended up being towed. Fred was extremely helpful in liaising with both the tow truck company & the garage who sorted the tyre & even gave us a lift to & from the supermarket to get some food as we had lost our transport & a lift to the garage to collect our car. Having been very tired & in need of this holiday, his kindness & willingness to help was above & beyond & extremely appreciated.

Wunderbar!

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige, sehr gut gepflegte Wohnung weniger als 10 Gehminuten von feinen Restaurants am Hafen. Fred war ein aufmerksamer, hilfsbereiter und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit ausserordentlich guten Tipps für Ausflüge. Checkin und Checkout schnell umd unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Nous étions 3 couples. Maison très propre. 3 chambres 3 salles de bain idéal pour nous. Vue magnifique sur la mer. Piscine chauffée top et propre. Centre ville à 5mn à pied. Fred le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Tout a été parfait de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ. Je recommande à 100%.

Emplacement top

Villa Margaux très agréable et très bien équipée, conforme au descriptif. L'accès au centre ville très pratique par une pente (qu'il faut prévoir de monter au retour).Le propriétaire Fred est accueillant et très arrangeant.

Découverte de la Corse du sud

Belles vacances en famille (adultes). Point de départ pour découvrir la Corse du sud. Villa confortable avec tout le nécessaire, bien équipée. Quartier calme proche des commerces. Très beau panorama des terrasses. On a adoré profiter de la piscine. Le propriétaire attentif et disponible.

Superbe location

Frédéric le propriétaire est très sympathique et prévenant. La maison est très bien conçue. Nous étions en famille avec un bébé de 7 mois et les deux autres chambres étaient suffisamment isolées pour ne pas entendre le bébé en question qui était matinal. Sur place, un lit bébé, une chaise haute et une baignoire ont permis aux jeunes parents de gérer leur bébé sans problème. Propreté irréprochable et équipement parfait ! Nous avions loué un véhicule électrique et avec l'aide de la rallonge proposée en option avec la location, nous n'avons eu aucun soucis de rechargement. Il y a plein d'endroits beaux et sympas à visiter et Frédéric est de bon conseil. On reviendra !

Hele mooie villa met heerlijk verwarmd zwembad

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in villa Margaux. Het is netjes van binnen. Pluspunten: Goede warme douche, veel water 3 terrassen Verwarmd zwembad ook in oktober Mooi onderhouden tuin Loopafstand van het plaatsje 5 minuten naar bakker Punten om rekening mee te houden: Matrassen zijn best hard Keuken is wat klein

Parfait pour visiter le côté sud Ouest

Une semaine passée à découvrir la région sud Ouest (en fait jusqu'à Porto Vecchio). Départ le matin, rentrée le soir, au calme, des images plein les yeux. Ah oui, détail important : fin Septembre. Durant la pleine saison, la circulation, la foule, les places pour se garer: ce doit être l'enfer.

Villa idéale

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine a la villa Margaux. La propriété est en tout point identique a la description. Tres bien située, propreté et equipements irreprochable. La climatisation des chambres est tres efficaces, et la villa regorge des petits accessoires pour que votre sejour en famille se passe bien (des sechoirs pour les serviettes aux jeux de societe). La proprete de la piscine est impeccable, et sa temperature ideale. Le proprietaire est tres sympathique, de bon conseil, et se deplace a la moindre question ou au moindre besoin en quelques minutes. La vue sur la baie de propriano est magnifique, et on accede au centre de la ville en 5 minutes en descendant un passage pieton goudronné. Bref, aucune critique ni meme d'element a ameliorer a mon gout. Ne changez rien!

Vue reposante

Location très confortable globalement avec espaces extérieurs panoramiques pour manger confortablement et descente rapide au centre ville en contrebas. 3 chambres dissociées indépendantes avec WC douche pour 2 d'entre elles et 1 WC douche indépendant associé à la 3e. Une chambre dont la baie vitrée donne directement sur le golf de Propriano. Une plaisante piscine chauffée, le tout dans un quartier calme.
