「Captain's Cabin was the perfect place to stay for our three day Burbon Trail experience. The location is central and the cabin is very well equipped. It is also decorated with historical period pieces that take you back in time. The back porch is nice for an evening of playing cards and enjoying a bottle of wine. Tammy and Jan were most wonderful hosts. Tammy makes a delicious breakfast to begin your day too! I have already shared this spot with my family and friends for their future rentals.」

「This historic cabin is one of the best rentals ever. Agility is needed for the stairs to the second floor, but the stairs were easily managed by us -- who are people of a certain age. The bucolic setting makes this place a welcome respite from the fast-paced life beyond the gates.」

「Marquetta is the most amazing host. She provides fresh eggs from her chickens, bacon, English muffins and even a half stick of land-O-Lakes butter for breakfast. There are very nice chocolates bedside. They even have a coffee station! We go for the amazing, relaxing pool. It is amazing. We make this yearly vacation spot. Everything is amazing!!」

「Host was responsive and communicative. He worked with us when our plans changed due to a family emergency. The cabin was as described and was historic, cute and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here and just wish we could have stayed a few more nights! Overall the place was very clean. Clean towels and linens were provided.」

「The house was spacious and comfortable. We had a great time using the game room and hot tub. The house felt tucked away, but was very accessible to local towns and the interstate. April was a great host and easy to communicate with. For things to do, would recommend Lake Hardy's beach, Soar n Bounce in Clarksville, and a stop at Java Station 31 for coffee.」

「Overall, this is a really nice and peaceful, cabin. They provide everything you need so you don’t have to rush to the grocery store right when you get there which is so nice. However, the only thing was the downstairs basement has a really loud buzzing noise due to electricity box.. if you’re a person sensitive to sound, it would be really hard to sleep down there.」

「It was a great time we had a 15 guys from different states all meet up there to have a calm and relaxing bachelor party. We never had to leave there was so much to do at the house fishing, corn hole , ping pong and arcades! All the guys kept saying how wonderful the place was and they all have awesome memory’s from this house! It really made for a perfect weekend」
