"Didn’t realise the family rooms were adjoining rooms so was confused to get two key cards and it gave us tons of space. Was a bit concerned with the appearance when we turned up, but the hotel was perfect for a 1 night pit stop after landing in Marseille on the way to Provence and beyond. Rooms clean, beds clean. Restaurant was lacking. Didn’t have breakfast. Great for our intended purpose."

"The room was hot and they moved us to another room. It was great! The restaurant has great food. The shuttle service was a BIG plus, as we used it at 3:30 AM. They had expresso and croissants waiting for us at 3:15. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will return here. Also convenient to Aix en provence, Marseille."

"Perfect location, staff are nice and helpful, only problem is to access the hotel parking lot is bit difficult because the pedestrian under construction, it blocks the vision of the entrance sign. I was driving around 3 times, finally I have temporary parking close by and walked to hotel to ask front desk to point out where is the parking entrance. Also the bath towel is bit too small and thin and bath room has a little smelly in my room, I am not sure if other room is the same or better."

"The hotel is well located, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Staff was helpful, assisted in reserving a car for an early airport drop-off, and even able to provide an early check-in! We had a port view room, but because of the position of the hotel, the view of the harbor is really at an angle from the room. Worth mentioning that because our room faced the old port, it was extremely loud on Friday and especially Saturday night, and it was nearly impossible to get quality sleep on the second night without earplugs."

"I last stayed here over 10 years ago and I thought it good then but now it is even better. In those 10 years my command of the French language has declined but the receptionists speak perfect English. I had asked for a balcony and wanted one in the sun but what I got was a brilliant terrace with sun all day. There is also a terrace that all guests can use from 10am until 8pm, also in the sun. The studio was spotlessly clean with adequate utensils, saucepan and frying pan as well as hobs a microwave and a fridge that works really well, even the small freezer at the top. In my opinion this is a rarity. I travelled alone so I often cooked for myself so this was important I took cleaning cloths and a kitchen towel with me but needn't have as all that is provided. There is a TV but understandably the channels are in French apart from the BBC news channel. I slept well but did find the mattress a bit hard for me but then they can't cater for every person's taste. The supermarket is just next door and I found it inexpensive. Crossing the road and going through the ramparts it is a fairly short walk to the centre but much to enjoy on the way."
