  • BEACHFRONT 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in high-end residential Turtle tail area.

    Please note there is construction going on the lot next door, just like there is on all parts of the island. The views have been changed due to construction.

    Sing a Song Villa III is a one of a kind gem.
    All bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms and I ndependent sliding glass door access to the 2nd floor balcony. The great room is a completely open and modern floor plan with L-shaped sliding doors designed to tuck away and give you an incredible southern breeze on the pool deck. The third floor rooftop terrace with outdoor daybed is a perfect place to catch both sunrise and sunset as well as star-gazing (we have an incredible piece of sky for stars at night, a must see!!)

    With the sliding doors open the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. Independently controlled ac units throughout so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom.

    Laundry room with extra-large capacity appliances. State of the art contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating on the island as well as seating for 6 in the dining area giving you a total seating capacity of 9. A 45 inch 4k UHD LED TV with apple tv. The House has wifi with the best Internet speeds available on the island.

    On the rooftop deck, the Glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no banisters or pilings. The Beach for Sing a Song Villa is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like long bay and grace bay beaches. It is equipped with Beachbeds with Kingsize Mattresses, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess!

    There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Villa I and II which you can also rent together at a higher nightly rate. However, If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts.

    If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. This is what we feel is the best-kept secret in beaches on the island, superior to even grace bay. If you want quiet, private and to still be close enough to the happening spots this will be the perfect home for you.

First, let me say the view was absolutely amazing! The host and property manager were both very responsive. No issues there. The villa needs some updating. The description mentions construction and that views may be obstructed. I asked prior to booking what views were obstructed and if the pictures were updated. I was told the pictures were updated. For the most part they are. The view from the pool is not accurate as the new construction blocks a lot of it. I asked prior to booking specifically about the construction and was told it would be complete by the time we checked in. IT WAS NOT, NOT EVEN CLOSE!! We were woken up between 6:45-7:00am every morning(including Sunday). There was no privacy and no relaxing! The host did offer a partial refund which I thought was nice but for as much as I paid to stay there, we felt the refund was inadequate.

First, all I have to say is WOW! This place, I can honestly say is the definition of a private getaway. Me and my wife absolutely LOVED this place. The view alone is incredible and the villa is just as beautiful. To tell you the truth, I didnt even want to leave the place because it had everything! My favorite part was the rootop and walking out from the private beach to a small island that you can see from the beach. Overall, I recommend this villa to anybody who wants a fun, relaxing, and private time. This place was worth every penny and thank you to the hosts for such a lovely place! See you again soon!

Our second stay at the property did not disappoint. Beautiful property tucked away into a bay. We basically had the whole beach to ourselves. The villa property is one of the best on turtle tail with loads of palm trees and activities. Extra points for easy communication with owner.

Quick island vacation

We had an incredible stay at this property, it is accurately depicted as you see in photos. The privacy is amazing. Beautiful views from the rooftop and pool. A/C and showers worked properly. 15min to any social scene. Would definitely stay at this property again!!!

Great family trip

The villa is perfect. Beautiful views. We love the sundeck. Very private beach. The water is shallow and not rough. You must rent a car because there is not anything with in walking distance. It's about a ten minute car ride to the grocery store and 15 minutes to restaurants. The island is expensive so just plan for that. The beaches are amazing!

Beautiful villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa 3. The rooftop deck has an amazing view. There are nice sunbeds on the rooftop and on the beach. The pool is great. The kitchen is well equipped. Adeline was terrific coordinating activities. Jet skis were delivered right to our beach. The drive into Grace Bay is really easy. The property is quiet and the cove in front of the house provides really calm waters. Property management was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!

The property is AMAZING! Very private. We came here for our honeymoon and would consider coming back. Kayaks and paddle boards included with the property and they’ll help you coordinate excursions as you need (we booked a couples massage and jet skis for example). The owner was also very responsive and helpful. 11/10!

Phenomenal

Absolutely stunning property. The views from every side of the house are breathtaking. Pictures don’t do it justice. The villa had everything that you will need to stay on an island including food utensils and beach chairs. The villa was extremely safe and secure. The location is also close to everything! Property manager Jose answered all of our questions and was a true professional. We will definitely be back to Sing a Song Villas.

Great place to stay!

This is the second time staying at this property. We stayed here 2 years ago, both times around the week after Christmas. It’s clean, private and in a convenient location. It’s a short drive to the grocery store and Grace Bay. The check in/out process is quick and easy. The property manager is very responsive and great at answering any questions or concerns we had. The best is the view of the sunset you can see from the rooftop or the daybed at beach. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back again.

Fantastic stay at Villa 2 - will definitely be back! Great, QUIET location. Do not come here if you want a lot of action. We are familiar with the island and this area is peaceful and private. This house offers views and privacy. Loved the beach beds - one for each of the 3 villas and they are not on top of each other. Would not recommend for anyone who has issues navigating stairs. There are many from the villa to the beach. Villa 2 might be a better option for you.

Beautiful home and location

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful visit. The property was perfect for our family, and the views and location can’t be beat. We essentially had a private beach, because it wasn’t very crowded. We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks to explore the little islands near our beach. The ocean is shallow for hundreds of yards and there aren’t big waves, which made it fun for exploring. We rented a car, which I would say is important since most of the restaurants and the main beach (Grace Bay beach) is about a 15-20 minute drive. But it’s well worth straying on this side of the island, because it feels very private. The only thing I would say is that the pool was very cold. Our kids did get used to it and it did warm up a little as we got more sun throughout the week. The property manager was very responsive and overall, I would definitely recommend this property! Some of the best beach views we’ve ever seen!

The location and communication with the property manager was 5 stars, however, this home is in desperate need of service and repairs. From the washing machine being broken, to the roller screens slipping, the showers leak out into the restroom b/c there is only a partial shower door, and the beds are terrible. I never write poor reviews on properties I visit, but aside from the beautiful view/location, this home didn’t live up to the high price that it was rented it out for. I did appreciate the property manager washing our clothes for us a few times during the week, but again, it simply missed the mark for my family and me. Perhaps with some serious repairs it will be nice again, but we won’t consider this home again for our future trips.

Enjoyed this side of the island as it was away from crowds and very peaceful. The beach was nearly private and we loved our morning walks. Water is shallow- can’t really swim as it is no more than waist deep very far out. With that said, this is ideal for small children or for people who like to dip and sunbathe. Property had many thoughtful amenities such as the life size chess set, beach volleyball, and outdoor speakers. Lots of loungers and cabanas for each villa (there are 3) home stocked with all things you’d have at home. Hot water was plentiful, AC was strong and cold. Property very secure with gated access and private parking spot in front of villa. Only setback was our villa was directly next to the construction site for another villa next door. While the construction workers did not bother us and were respectful, it was a bit of a drag. The site obstructed the view and privacy a bit. If choosing to stay here, pick the larger center villa or the smallest one If this is a turn off. Great communication with property owner throughout. Thank you.

Great location and beach, negatively impacted by construction

We stayed in Sing-A-Song Villa 1 last year and had a near perfect stay, so we were very excited to see that Villa 3 had availability when we decided to take a last minute family vacation this spring. Overall, we had a lovely stay, but were disappointed that the ongoing construction next door has significantly altered the views compared to the photos in the listing. The views from the pool, great room, and master bedroom are all about half blocked by the new building (can see the ocean from the front windows, but mainly the construction from the side windows). It was significant enough that we gave the master to the kids and used the other bedroom because it now has the better view. The construction noise (from 7 AM - 5 PM on weekdays while we were there) also took away from the tranquility.That being said, the location is amazing on a quiet part of the island with a gorgeous beach that we had to ourselves much of the time. There is a comfortable beach bed and beach chairs near the water, and the shallow turquoise water, kayaks, life-sized chess set, and volleyball net make it great for relaxation and family fun. The villa itself is comfortable and well appointed. The roof deck has great, unobstructed views. We had some minor maintenance issues, but the property manager was responsive.

Wonderful beach and location. Bit of a curveball but made right.

The original listing we booked made a vague mention of construction next door but all photos indicated wide open views with no obstructions. We were initially disappointed to arrive and a large home/complex is being constructed right next to the easternmost villa that we had rented. We were eye and noise level with construction crews from the main living room and the pool and the beautiful views in the photos were no longer present and we were not going to stay in this villa. However the owner/manager was able to get us into the middle villa which saved the vacation. Views weren’t obstructed here, noise much more tolerable. The beach and location were absolutely incredible. I would come back here anytime. Note, I would probably stay in the initial villa we booked once construction next door is complete as well but for now it’s much too intrusive and I would look to book one of their other villas in the meantime unless you are well aware of what you are getting into and are ok with that. I give much credit and am very thankful to the owner/manager for moving us otherwise we would have been forced to find other lodging. The home is well equipped. I don’t think we turned on the TVs once as rhe beach is too beautiful for that. Easy access to essentially a semi-private lagoon, paddleboards, and kayaks.

Amazing villa, private beach and pool!

We had an amazing stay at Sing a Song Villa! We were looking for a place where our family could relax and spend time in the sun. Our villa was perfect. It is just as the pictures portray it to be. There is a beautiful and spacious fully functioning kitchen with sitting area on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths on the second floor, and on the third floor, you have an amazing rooftop view of the ocean and the beach. Juba Sound is SO beautiful. We have visited many beaches; here it is very calm and slightly breezy. The water is waist deep for at least 0.2 miles out so perfect for small children or just lounging. At this location, you are far from the resorts/shopping which is what we were looking for, some quiet time. We rented a car, and it was very easy to get around. Everything is less than 20 minutes drive on the island. We had a private pool which our teens also loved. There are lots of places to lounge: in the pool, on the bed on the roof, on the bed by the pool, on the bed by the beach. We created amazing memories here, and would highly recommend this property. Our check in process was easy and just as described. The communication from the owner and manager was efficient. The instructions for the property are very clear. There are many amenities we didn't really use: grill, ice chest for beach, sand volleyball, outdoor chess. We did use the kayaks and standup paddleboards. Amazing property!

Perfect way to experience Providenciales!

This was our first trip to really any part of the Caribbean besides a cruise port excursion in the Bahamas. We thought about going to an all-inclusive resort but decided on Villa 3 of Sing-a-Song villa after reading reviews and reading about the island in general. It was the most perfect spot, quiet “private” beaches with shallow water. The house had kayaks and paddle boards that we used daily to paddle out to the little “islands” that I’ve since learnt they are called “Little Five Cays”. From left to right they are the two Dick Penn Cays (we considered this one but there are two there). This one is easiest to kayak to and get on, there is a tiny sandy area to get out of the kayak and pull it safely to shore. Takes under 15 minutes to paddle out there. The middle island is actually 2 also and called Bird Egg Cays. This was the hardest to get onto, water is rough and goes under the rock edge of the island, it’s hard to pull your boat up and safely store it while exploring. The last one to the right is Bristol Cay, this wasn’t bad to get on. There was a little cove that you can kind of park in to get out and safely store the kayak. Bring water shoes! They are jagged rocks not lush islands!! Views of sunset and sunrise from the rooftop deck were incredible and star gazing so peaceful. We visited Grace Bay beach for about 20 minutes, it was way too busy, we liked “our” beach better and we felt safe walking the streets each morning. 15 yo wants to go back!

We’ve been coming to Sing a Song for 6 years now. Stayed in all 3 Villas, brought friends, and even extended family. Loved every minute of it. Place was immaculate, fully stocked, very quiet, Jose, the host was available, forthcoming, professional, and kind. Not a single thing was overlooked at the property. Unfortunately lots changed this year. The key to our Villa was left inside with the door locked. A villa was being constructed next door. Was told the loud part was over. Not so. Daily jackhammer and construction from 7am till 5pm. This isn’t anyone’s fault but a heads up would have been the professional thing to do. Guests in Villa 1 and 2 partied from early afternoon till 3-5am for several days even after us complaining to Jose and Adeline. They just didn’t care that other people were at the Villa despite Villa rules of no events or parties. They had full DJ equipment with giant speakers. Luckily it lasted 3 days and not all 7. We look forward every year to being at this amazing Villa and save for it. To not get sleep for 3 days was awful. The Villa also is in need of much TLC. Steps to the beach are falling apart, the washing machine still leaked a year later of us mentioning it, dishes and utensils and a third of what used to be supplied, door tracks need cleaned as the door handles are literally coming off from trying to shut glass doors. Lots of other small little dumb things that we’ve never encountered before. Pains me to leave this review but it’ necessary.
